That is a bench under the tree. There was no one in the vicinity to lend a helping hand. LE did not tamper with this video. Matter of fact it was direct copied from a computer unto a flash drive by an investigator from the LCSD.

I'm new to this story and initially had not seen anything resembling another person when watching the video but when I zoomed to watch it definitely looked like a hand reaching out to him before he goes onto fence.

Any new updates on the autopsy or cause or death?

No it was my video. Audio enabled etc. Time stamped 1 AM July 5. 2017. Initial report was no foul play. Guard donkey is on the property of the pond. Greg Suskin from Channel 9 checks twice a week. Barber shop talk from someone claiming to know family says still saying no foul play. No one likes to see this happen in their neighborhood, but initially a lot of mis information was put out about me.

Mis information was not put out on this site. Well maybe things have been a little wrong. A. The post regarding what the Lancaster news printed about my property. B. It was racially motivated, but once again not from any on here. Altheresa Goode-Howard is a wonderfully wise and kind old soul. She initiated the removal of a post on Facebook by a half sister regarding my property. She did not have to say what she did at the press conference. As stated previously, I am the owner of the video which LE copied directly from my computer. I can understand that people have questions about what happened that night. Some of those answers I can provide. I know what time he crossed my fence, I know from the way the dogs were barking which direction he traveled in. I never knew anything about anything until a neighbor stopped me and mentioned someone was missing. Approximately 12 noon. The address released on here was never posted officially in a paper or by LE. it was on Facebook. When you get 1000 death threats you tend to get the idea that the more some are informed maybe it just won't happen again. I have heard no official word. Although SLED told me several wks ago, LCSD did everything correctly. I lived thru a mob standing at my driveway when I had done nothing wrong. I can post that pic. I want people to start understanding that opinions posted, as well as addresses or even a name, I forgot about that one, although it was mentioned in a press conference on the news, can cause damage and in this case could have been serious. And it ain't over yet. Because nothing has been finalized. Channel 9 calls every week to see. I have posted things that I know as fact to help y'all clarify what you doubt. An admin contacted me today and made the comment about removing posts that couldnt be verified. I asked for the removal of the address. I asked for the removal of encp comment regarding the local paper. And the murder comment by truth1985, what gives that person the right to say that. He doesn't even live around here. Musta been a mosquito in the woods. Ya think? I am letting SLED do their job. When and if, I hear more, I will post. I contacted someone else who lives down here and was involved in the search---she saw what went on down here with the mob. This site is not the only one I am setting the record straight on.

As some of you have already figured out, I have allowed you to know exactly who I am, irregardless of that thing about being a verified insider. Someone I know made me aware of a petition circulating by friends and family members of Jerell White. Search #JusticeforJerell and it will pop up. Apparently, they are unhappy with the findings of the LCSD and SLED in this investigation. Although, you obviously do not know me well, I am asking for your help and advice in this situation. From those of you who have followed other stories, etc. My property was searched immediately as it was point A. I can assure you we cooperated fully with the police. My video was given freely and willingly to LCSD. Five minutes after I was made aware of the situation, they had copied the files from 10 min. before up until the neighbor where the party was held pulled into my driveway behind me as I was coming home from a drs. appt. approx. about 12 noon on July 5, 2017. Shortly thereafter search dogs were working my property. We looked everywhere, inside my camper, my van, my horse trailer, you name it, it was done. This was all done before a handful of family members were gathered at my driveway. It was 100 degree heat, they were worried and extremely unprepared for the situation. I took them a bucket of ice and cups and talked to them briefly. I went back up to my house to finish reviewing the files, just in case something else was on it. I did this because I know my camera best. I know the night sounds, which dog bark belongs to what neighbor, etc. And I know where the tree limb is in the driveway some may have thought was someone coming behind Jerell White that fateful night. Some of the petitioners are making statements that directly target me once again. They are once again using the black card. They don't trust the police, etc. The same old repetitive rhetoric. They are asking for a goal of 2000 signatures. They have 1057 currently. I found an interesting one from a person stating locale as Wash. DC. Another from the Ukraine. Others I recognize from BreakingNewsofLancasterCounty. I have once again closed my Facebook page. I do not want the deluge of friend requests and threats. Anyone with friendly advice can still message me through here. Or if there is anything else on the web that I have missed I would like to be made aware of. I have already shipped an email to the person who came and asked me to review the video and subsequently copied it. I have made Greg Suskin of Channel 9 aware of this. I do not know if LCSD knows about this petition. If so, I want to know why I was not informed. If someone was interested in joining BreakingNewsofLancasterCounty and keeping me informed of the chatter. I got kicked out after I threatened to sue them for allowing the release of my address without my permission and challenged the way they admin'd their site by allowing a forum for threats towards me. Hey, listen. I cannot even imagine how scary and annoying it must be to be caught up in a situation you had nothing to do with (except happening to be the owner of property with video). I hate that you have to deal with that. I know the police appreciate it.

Now, on to what's happening to you. It's horrible! Most here at ws sleuth for facts, speculate possibilities, but don't do the witch hunt. But, you are not alone in being targeted by the mobs that "want justice" in many cases, even the ones that the police say no justice is needed- it was only that one person who was responsible.

I think the best thing I can tell you is try your best to ignore it. I would shut down my facebook, too. The police aren't worried about some random signatures, they are worried about actual evidence. Which thankfully you had!!!! Think about the allegations if you didn't have video! Have a standard response for when people approach you- " The only connection I have with this case is that I happen to be the property owner who thankfully had video to assist in the investigation. All of that has been given to the investigators, who are the ones who can give you any additional information. I would ask for privacy at this time, as this situation has become scary for my family. Our hearts go out to the young man's family, as well." Something similar. Say nothing more at this point to people who are just prying. It just feeds them. If they are on your property or mobbing you, call the police. Don't let them harass you. It will simmer down eventually. I can't imagine how hard it is in the moment, though.

I have seen other cases where this happens- look at kenneka's case currently. The property owner for libby german and abigail Williams was also caught in a pitchfork mob. It's super scary. Come here when you need calm facts. We are pretty good about trying not to be overwhelmingly emotional about cases.

I prefer Molotov cocktails. I know this group is a good group of people. I do know from a friendly little chat with our local newspaper this morning, that the only tracks found in the pasture where he was found, were his and the donkey. The donkey can cop an attitude. For those unfamiliar with the capabilities of a Sicilian donkey, people have them to guard against coyotes. Also, regarding autopsies. Things have changed. They do not have to be released. It is my belief that the family has been told these things, although nothing has been said publicly. Just an opinion. Also, I was told at a story uptown Greg Summers tried to approach a female across the street who was promoting justice for jerell. She turned and refused to identify herself. My opinion---someone wants this to go viral nationwide again. Que sera, que sera. Thank you for your support.

The sheriff’s office later turned the investigation over to the State Law Enforcement Division. SLED on Wednesday declined to answer questions about the case, including how White died and whether foul play is suspected in his death.
An autopsy was conducted, but the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office is staying tight-lipped about the case, including White’s cause of death.
