Lots of kids on both Mom's and Dad's side of the family. I wonder how that has played out over time.

Has anyone seen any clarification of why the broken arm?

Joel's father, William Inbody, is pleading for his son's safe return.

"Joel, if you’re watching this somehow, just know that I love you and I hope that you are safe and sound,” William said. “Just please come home. I’m not going to be mad just please come home.”

um, after watching this I am uneasy. I will leave it at that for the moment.

This is the ring camera footage of Joel leaving in the car.
He drives well for a 12 year old with a cast MOO.

Is it a 100% fact he was the person driving the car? (Just want to confirm.)

Reading between the lines, I speculate there was an argument, emotional outburst, or something similar and he took off shortly thereafter in the car. I don't blame his parent(s), but thinking about a 12-year-old driving a vehicle is terrifying to me. Especially one who is emotionally volatile, if he is.

I hope he does not try to drive home and instead calls 911, if he has a phone, or asks someone to call the police to come get him.

not to mention one arm casted. difficult enough for an emotionally upset (if he was) 12 year old to drive but a cast added to the equation is worrisome.

Dad said QUOTE "Please help my 12 year old son took off in my car. "

So no in MOO it is not 100% fact that he was the person driving the car. It is only what dad posted on Ring Neighbors. You will see different people have different verbiage regarding the car.

Ok so a quick search of dad's name led me to a FB post with more details as to the reason for Joel's cast. :( I REALLY hope this poor boy is found soon.

And as I often think in cases like this, it might be a good thing to have some outside scrutiny on the whys of this young boy’s actions. Even if it “just” results in help for his mental distress. So happy he is alive and here to get any such help.

Wow! A Google search took me to a comment by the dad, made 2 weeks ago on the WIS TV FB page. I was able to read it even though I don't have a FB account. Absolutely horrifying!

Thank God Joel was safely found.
