Not understanding why there has been so many innocent victims lately. None of these babies being killed could possibly been done by anyone who was not a complete monster inside and out. I have all kinds of cuss words that want to come out!

“It’s a sad day for our community,” Sumter Police Chief Russell Roark said at a news conference with media Tuesday evening after community and family members held a vigil in honor of the slain.

There were nine trucks scheduled for transfer to a Richland County station last night, with each truck holding 2.3 tons. The search began in the Sumter County landfill Monday night with the Richland County landfill being inspected as those nine trucks were offloaded beginning at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.”

• 6:10 p.m. – A family member called 911 to report that Sharee was found deceased inside a unit at the Lantana Apartments in Sumter and her three children were missing.
• A suspect was identified within 10 minutes based on information from the community.
• LE located the 3-year-old son and 13-year-old son but could not find Nevaeh.
• DJ was spotted in the parking lot of the Lantana Apartments on Gamecock Village Court off Carolina Avenue.
• He ran and was apprehended inside a home he ducked into – he did not know the homeowners – at 930 Susie Rembert Road across the street from the apts.
• An initial investigation by the Sumter Co Coroner’s Office determined Sharee had been dead for several hours before she was found. LE believes that Nevaeh was killed the same time as her mother.
• An autopsy for Sharee was scheduled to take place later in the day.
• DJ confessed to killing both Sharee and Nevaeh and said that he disposed of Nevaeh’s body in a dumpster at the apts. He is being held at SCSO Detention Center on a murder charge.
• Police identified 9 trucks which may have been carrying her remains, began searching both the Sumter County landfill and a landfill on Screaming Eagle Road in Lugoff (Richland Co.) working overnight to find Nevaeh’s body.
• Approx 11:30 p.m. - LE had taken down the tape and were pulling away from the scene

• 3:30 a.m. – LE began going through the 9 trucks which each contained 2.3 tons of garbage.
• 7:00 p.m. - LE held a press conference. Based on information provided by DJ, Nevaeh is deceased. DJ has a history of violence against women, and is wanted for a homicide in St. Louis, Missouri that happened earlier this summer.
• Officers have searched abandoned units at Lantana Apartments, wooded areas, adjacent properties, and are still in the process of searching the landfills.
• They are re-visiting some areas tomorrow that have already been searched.
• As of 7 p.m., Nevaeh had not been located.

This poor family. My heart breaks for them. They look like a good, loving and strong family. I pray little Neveah is found soon.

Several family members were in the courtroom today, including Nevaeh’s father and aunt. Her aunt spoke to the judge, telling him that she wants Johnson to get the maximum sentence and for Johnson to tell her where Nevaeh is.

Bradley’s mother, MN, was in tears as she described her daughter as a kindhearted person, saying she did not deserve to die like this.

Nevaeh’s father said until something is brought to him, in his mind, his little girl is still out there. He says he, nor his family, are giving up that hope.

A police spokeswoman said officers went through about 230 tons of garbage, which was all of the trash they could track from the spot the suspect told officers he dumped the little girl’s body.

Police may return to a landfill for further investigation, but they don’t have any more trash from the crime scene to sort through at this time.

The man accused of killing a Sumter mother and her 5-year-old daughter was denied bond by a judge during a hearing Wednesday afternoon.
Daunte Johnson, 28, has been charged with one count of murder in death of Sharee Bradley, 29, after investigators found her body in her apartment Monday night.

Yes, and they did in this case.

WIS reported that investigators, assisted by cadaver dogs, are sifting through approximately 230 tons of trash.

Praying they recover this little innocent that the suspect confessed to killing and dumping in a dumpster after confessing to also killing the little child's mother Sharee Bradley. A landfill is the last place these precious innocents should be discarded in. I hope they find this little girl, it still makes me sick that Duke Flores was not recovered despite aggressive attempts to locate his little body. Let justice be done. So very sad............

Deacon speaks about slain Sharee Bradley and Nevaeh Adams
Deacon Stanley Barrett remembers Sharee Bradley and Nevaeh Adams, who were both killed Monday night.

"She was pleasant and she was excited and she wanted to get involved in ministry, she wanted to do something for the church," he described Bradley. She joined the Trinity Ministry Baptist Church in late July, and was the newest member to join the community.

Although there are no official plans of any services in memory of Bradley and her daughter, the deacon says he hopes the church community will plan something soon.
