We got our own version too:
Middle American Mafia
Original from when I was first told about this document from an OSBI agent:

O/T

Wonder if they are related to Pretty Boy Floyd? lol

Beverly Noe's brother is the one who came forward and told LE where the bodies of Kregear, Camp and Britto were buried on his mothers property in Terlton OK. He did so because he was dying of cancer and said he wanted his conscience clear. He had nothing to do with the murders other than suspecting his sister and mother killed them and buried them on his mothers property. All Noe got for killing 2 women and one 6 year old girl she described as "damaged goods" was 5 years. She was out in 2 years on parole. She is deceased now as is her mother.

100 percent.
You know I hate to say it, but I’ve never seen Alex look better.
Right?????
Unless he got shot in the b*tt and they are calling that his skull I don't see a darn thing.
If I were to have an entry and exit wound and a skull fracture with 2 brain bleeds I would not look as good as he does now...and frankly, I'm way prettier than AM.
I don't even see a bruise.

So happy for you!!
My whole generational line is plotted with addiction. It has destroyed and taken so many of my family’s lives. My childhood and myself were permanently scarred from addiction. Both my younger brothers died from addiction. I swore it would never ever ever happen to me. I was wrong. After 40 years of fighting/surrendering to addiction - I thought I might have some relapses left in me but I was too afraid I didn’t have another recovery left in me. It was the hardest battle of my life. That was five years ago. Recovery is rea

So does anyone think...maybe it was mentioned I have been working all day and just catching up...that AM was setting up CES in some way?

I mean I just do not see a mark on AM and CES seems unwell.

Yeah where's that serious head would with an entry and exit wound. Only a scratch would heal that well in 2 weeks.

Looking into that man's eyes give me a bad vibe. And that smug smile has me wanting to wipe it off his face. Too bad I don't live in SC. I would love to be called as a juror on one of his indictments. Might even be worth buying property in SC just in hopes of being called.

Similar to Lori Vallow Daybell. :<

Why, exactly, were PM and BM questioned about the death of SS? What specifically led to that questioning?
They never were questioned. From reports, a deputy attempted calling BM twice, but his voice mail was full, and contact was never attempted
again. Talk about sweeping it under the rug!

I don't know exactly what anyone in this family has or hasn't done and it's hard to take any of their words at face value... With that said, assuming AM has had a drug problem for 20 years and if (IF) the attorneys can be believed when they say it's the first time they've ever seen AM sober, I cannot understand the brother saying he was shocked to learn AM used drugs.

In trying to empathize, I guess I can understand that the family wouldn't want to broadcast that he's an addict. I don't know if they are still trying to maintain the family's 'upstanding image' or don't want to admit they looked the other way. If he has an issue with drugs, it is so beyond the time for them to intervene, to be honest with AM and honest with themselves, stop enabling , stop excusing, and start reflecting on mistakes made, crimes committed, etc.

You know, if it helps AM, his family, his lawyers to attribute his past actions on drug use and that allows him to start to come clean and do right by the people he's hurt (financially and otherwise), so be it for now. It is the continued denials, straight up lies, the preoccupation with controlling the narrative that leads me to believe it is deeper and /or that they are maybe not capable or willing to be honest and that leads to WHY.

sorry, just my musings.
IMO, this “family” isn’t real keen on doing the RIGHT thing, nor the HARD/DIFFICULT thing. Their energies are spent in maintaining constant appearances, negotiations and collusion for their own benefit and gain. Sounds exhausting and like a very disturbing life to live. MOO. YMMV.

To the dirt and trees maybe. He didn't even damage the Mercedes.
I’m surprised he didn’t shoot himself in the foot, the way he was postured yesterday!!

From AM's mugshot and appearance in the courtroom he looks like a normal healthy older man. He doesn't look like a 20 year opioid addict at all. He also doesn't look like he has had a scratch on him or has been in any distress. Now Curtis Smith on the other hand looked extremely frazzeled and you can tell he has had a hard life.
Don’t you mean his SMUGshot? JMO

I think I understand what you're saying about the actual insurance fraud charge (there was none).

The separate charge of Intent to commit doesn't require filing documents, though.

This is from the affidavit --

'That it is unlawful for a person to A knowingly make false statements or representation, and any other person knowingly, with an intent to injure, defraud, deceive, or who assists, abets, solicits, or conspires with A person to make false statements or misrepresentation for an.economic advantage or benefit in connection to an insurance transaction.'

Thank you! That explains it. He has admitted to having intent.

I suspect that a mental defect argument, due to prescription drug abuse, will come into play. He was out of his mind with grief, overloaded with oxycodone, wanted to end his life, and concocted an absurd plan to commit suicide. He couldn't bear to leave his remaining son to suffer more, so he schemed to gift him $10 million. I guess we'll have to wait for trial, or a plea deal, to see how this plays out, but wouldn't pain medication addiction be a mitigating factor regarding culpability in such a bizarre failed suicide attempt?

Hahaha! Did Hootenanny (the lawyer, forgot his name) just say "This is the face of the opioid epidemic," referring to Alex Murdaugh?

Wow. These people truly do not live on the same planet with us peasants.

ETA: If he had ANY significant or life-threatening trauma to his head, you would see where they had to shave his hair. He's got a full head, with no markings.

This is unreal.

Oof. I just saw his butt-crack.

What an absolute side-show, but expected, I guess.

BBM
Did you see any visible wounds there?

I hope they find some kind of tax fraud on AM and anyone else in his family doing shady stuff.
I say that because then he would be charged with Federal crimes and hopefully that would be far away from any legal/political influence they are used to.

Was his wound supposed to be on the tip of that left ear the camera zoomed in on when AM sat back down to wait to be transported? That little redness without even a scab?
Yeah, it caused a skull fracture and 2 brain bleeds because his whole brain is in his left ear. lol

Did they happen to say how long he had been taking Oxycodone?

Possibly, if the defense can show he had a true addiction

His lawyers have said 20 year addiction to opioids.

I don't know how he could detox so fast. It is a very brutal long period of time to detox. He appeared very healthy for weeks and still looks the same today. You never know I guess.;)
