That was a foolish comment by this attorney.I didn't understand Poot's point that AM couldn't have done it because Maggie's phone was found half mile away and that AM was calling her. 'He would have had to be Houdini.' What?

Unfortunately this seems to be DH’s mantra…expect more…I'm sorry, but the constant repeating of how gruesome the scene is to try and make the jury believe that a father and husband couldn't do that is ridiculous. It's been proven time and time again that people are capable of doing horrific things to people they supposedly love.
Yeah, I need to play that part back again -- did not understand that point.I didn't understand Poot's point that AM couldn't have done it because Maggie's phone was found half mile away and that AM was calling her. 'He would have had to be Houdini.' What?
I believe it is his sister LynnIs the blonde sitting behind the Defense table AM's sister? Her facial expressions have been interesting during these opening statements.
Poot shot himself in the foot. Paul recorded video at the kennels at 8:44& 55 seconds. In that video you'll hearing Paul, Maggie and Alex's voices. "He was at the murder scene with the two victims." 8:49 & 1 second Paul's phones locks forever. 8:49 & 31 seconds Maggie's phone locks.I didn't understand Poot's point that AM couldn't have done it because Maggie's phone was found half mile away and that AM was calling her. This is poor workings for this atty.Dick talking about no blood found on Alex's clothes. Well duh, he's changed and disposed of them already. Oh and I'm sure he washed his hands so there was no GSR to be found on his hands.
MOO
It was lame.Weak defense opening, moo.
