I'm confused about the June 7th texts that they're discussing right now, they were murdered June 6th right?

Just fishy, fishy, all those calls to MM unanswered and she's basically a stone's throw from the house. If my better half wasn't answering calls, text I would take a trip down to see if all is well.
What’s really fishy is how those things are showing up on Maggie’s phone…but seem to be deleted from AM’s phone.

I heard Judge Ashley W. on Court TV yesterday say that the Jurors can ask the Judge for a notepad but so far none had !

That's crazy to me! I've been taking notes myself - I can't imagine sitting on a jury and not writing anything down.

That's fishy to me too - especially since him calling Maggie repeatedly was part of his "alibi". MOO

That seems very slack to me. There's no way to remember all of this info.

So AM doesn't bother to even read JMM's text that came in that night, when his father is back in hospital and he's going over to see how his Mom is doing but yeah I don't need to read JMM (the one who took his dad to the hospital that day). Oh but that's right, he probably DID read them...on MM's phone. He didn't need to read it again. AJMO

And why, why, why did he need to reach her?

This is my $64,000 question!!!

He shouldn't have been surprised she was missing until he went to get in bed. I say 'bed' because I'm jumping off his perfect marriage claim.

He saw her, had dinner, she went to the kennel, he went to his Mom's. According to him. All pretty mundane. Why the sudden urgency, AM? Why did you need to make a show of trying to reach someone who you had to reason to think was anywhere but at Moselle, house proper? Couldn't wait until you got there?

Bum luck when foreknowledge betrays you.

JMO

It definitely sounds like AM left his phone at the house between 8:09 PM and 9:02 PM on 6/7/21 - and we know that his voice was heard on the Snapchat video PM was recording at the kennel during that time. MOO

ETA: Based on the fact that no steps were recorded on AM's phone during the time frame mentioned above.
