This is sooo telling.... It shows the times and steps when people would have been with each other. Notice AM's phone is not capturing steps when MM arrives at the house (around 8:18pm I think I have seen).

From 6:52-7:02, AM walks 283 steps. That equates to approximately 28.3 steps per minute.

From 9:02-9:06, AM walks 283 steps. That equates to approximately 70.75 steps per minute.........

moo moo moo

Oh man -- the irony of MM's text message on 6/7 at 3:57 pm.

Maggie's text messages on June 7 were explored further. The below list includes messages revealed in court both Tuesday and Wednesday:

  • 3:55 p.m., Outgoing message. "TY. I'm waiting at doctor. Alex wants me to come home. I have to leave door open at Edisto. I trust Mexicans to shut and lock for me. His dad is back in hospital. No cancer. It's pneumonia."
  • 3:57 p.m., Outgoing message. "Alex is about to die. Hope he doesn't go down there to sleep. Alex needs to take care of himself as well."
  • Incoming message from Alex. "How's your doctor appt?"
  • Received message. "Yes he does. He told me he was tired when he left. I hope they can treat Mr. Randolph and make him comfortable."
  • Outgoing message to Alex. "Waiting as usual."
  • 4:06 p.m., Outgoing message. "I'm scared for him and Alex and all of us." (Referring to Randolph Murdaugh's medical condition.
  • - Incoming message. "I know just pray about it. Just pray about it and hope he gets a little better. Alex and you really need to relax. Always being on the go with little to no sleep is not healthy. I have a doctor's appointment in the morning in Beaufort. If I go to Moselle I will let you know."
  • 7:05 p.m. - Incoming message from Alex. "Paul says you are getting (pedicure)!! Call when you get done.'
  • 8:31 p.m., read status; In a group text to several members of the Murdaugh family, John Marvin Murdaugh texts: "I plan to go over to visit Dad tomorrow afternoon, is anyone else preparing to go?" He's referring to their father Randolph Murdaugh III's failing health
  • 8:49 p.m., read status; "Lynn G." texts the same group saying she's in court all week. This is the last read message on Maggie's phone. Lynn G. is Alex's sister
  • 9:08 p.m., from Alex, unread status; text reads "Going to check on (Mom), be right back" (this comes two minutes and 7 seconds after his call was missed)
  • 9:34 p.m., unread status, from Paul's friend Rogan Gibson; text reads "Tell Paul to call me"
  • 9:47 p.m., unread status, from Alex; text reads "Call me babe"

IMO he knows he is in this for life. Either locked-up in a cage, forever, or living free with sympathy of others (think O.J.)
They don't care what other's think. They might sweat it out, but are not going to tell the truth. And not apologize. JMO.
mo: A detective once told us," they will kill for a pair of sneakers or a million(10) dollars" there is no logic to a killer's mind.

Sadly people do things like this all the time. I heard a commentator on Law & Crime over lunch mention how AM took all of the insurance money from the death of the housekeeper instead of it going to the housekeeper's family. They pointed out that one of the housekeeper's sons is disabled and was ultimately evicted from his home because he didn't have the money to pay to live there anymore. That's just proof to me that AM does whatever it takes to benefit AM. MOO.
And if he could do that to the woman who helped raise his children, I'm sure loved them...and then turn around and start that reprehensible scam on her son's at her funeral...ending with her disabled son being penniless and losing his home...well nothing should shock or surprise...but it does </3

I believe this is the sound quality the jurors were able to hear in the courtroom (as opposed to us hearing it played over the video stream) and I can definitely hear AM!

Interesting that the Sgt (Sgt. Varnadoe) with CCSO on the stand right now was previously called as an expert witness in a trial that AM was prosecuting in the past.

ETA: This is the officer that administered the GSR test to AM after the murders.

How bizarre it must be for him testifying at AM’s murder trial now.

The Prosecution is making sure to reinforce to the jury how clean AM's hands were (as well as his clothing) by asking Sgt Varnadoe about them while he's on the stand. MOO.

ETA: Since AM said he had attempted to check the pulse of PM/turn PM over.

And that AM didn't appear to be under the influence of anything and was clearly thinking.

So how to you go from a light hearted conversation to shooting and killing your wife and son in minutes? This case is mind blowing.
How? A prearranged time or prearranged approximate timeframe.

IMO, that might possibly suggest involvement by other(s), who are also aware of that prearranged time.
