Maggie was to meet bank June 8! She was only one on deed of the M estate! Did I hear that right?
2:45What time are they back from lunch?
She’s #24 on the witness list:OK!!! Then I imagine the nurse's aid who was with AM's mother that night saw AM during his visit and will testify?
yes.Need a memory refresher: AM's mother suffered from Alzheimer's disease.
Wasn't she still living at her home with a caregiver the night of the murder? Didn't AM claim he was visiting his mother at her home during the time of the murder? Also, does anyone remember how far AM's mother's home was from Moselle property? Thanks in advance
Right! AM had time to rush to his mother's house and return to Moselle during that hour. However, during that time he obviously cleaned up, changed clothes and disposed of the two murder weapons (which LE have not recovered). I am wondering the condition AM was in at his mother's (if he indeed visited her). The nurse who cared for his mother would be able to testify if AM was actually there around 9:30 p.m. and what condition he was in.According to this statement, the drive home time for AM from his mom's was approximately 15 minutes. (I'll even concede up to 17 or 18 minutes if he spent a couple of minutes looking at Maggie and Paul before calling 911).
But if he arrived at his mom's at 9:20, he could have left Mozelle around 9:05, which would still be after the time that Maggie's and Paul's phones stopped responding to anything.
MOO.
Gun or clothes over on her property? He had months to get rid of everything.???Right! AM had time to rush to his mother's house and return to Moselle during that hour. 2.4 million to cousin Eddie. For what? I wonder if cousin Eddie had some dirt on AM?
Indeed and been those killed over less then $50.00, money is a drug itself and those addicted will do monstrous things to have it.The motive of covering up financial misdeeds is a bizarre and despicable motive, but it is hardly unprecedented. Look at the Chandler Henderson case, he killed his parents over much less serious issues coming to light.
I don't think Cousin Eddie saw much, if any, of that 2.4M. He was merely a go-fer to Alex, IMO.2.4 million to cousin Eddie. For what? I wonder if cousin Eddie had some dirt on AM?
LOL, I agree. Born and raised in the South, just 3 1/2 hours from Charleston. When true crime finds true Deep South it’s embarrassingly entertaining if you’re from here.
LOL, that is exactly what I was doing last night; watching and listening to the jailhouse phone calls. Interesting. After listening to some of AM's released jailhouse calls, I really think he's adjusted well to incarceration. He immediately mastered how to increase the maximum canteen balance allowed and/or "win" additional merch by gambling (i.e., betting on football).
He consistently comments that the warden and trustees are very courteous.
AM comes off as a politician, he appears to adjust to his environment. And probably more important, AM is an alpha, and behind bars, he will forever feel superior to the company he's keeping. MOO
Good possibility. Looking forward to nurse's aid's testimony. If his alibi was true, she and AM's mother would have been the last people to see AM between the murder and 911 call.Gun or clothes over on her property? He had months to get rid of everything.???
