I was surprised that the FBI guy did not go into detail about data before 9pm.

He covered that at 6:23pm AMs vehicle comes out of park (leaving work?), then something unspecific at 7:11pm. Then there’s a gap in his testimony (also gap in report?) until 9:03:44pm when the infotainment system boots up.

So it seems Alex didn’t drive his vehicle to the kennels if the gap in the testimony is indicative of a gap in the vehicle data (i.e., no data logged). How did he and/or Maggie get to the kennel?

If Alex walked from the house to the kennels, did he really walk back after murdering his wife and son and get into the car for Almeda? Because 8:55pm (the 59 steps on Maggie’s phone, presumably Alex) to 9:03pm is 8 minutes max. That‘s not enough time to get back to the house (walking), change, much less take a shower/wash up. And if he ran, remember his white t-shirt smelled freshly laundered. It would’ve smelled sweaty if he’d have run (or even walked) 1/3 mile in oppressively humid SC in June. Was there an ATV parked at the house and, if so, was it tested for GSR and blood? Did Alex have a change of clothes standing by in his car? If so, how did blood splatter mist get on his white t-shirt (even though it smelled like laundry detergent)?

It does support only a 20 minute stay at Almeda though.

Was there another vehicle he could have used to drive Maggie to the kennels?

What am I missing? This data seems to support his alibi.

The prosecution’s presentation should be called the IKEA approach. Scatter bunches of evidence bricks around on the ground, then throw the jury an IKEA diagram to put it together themselves

Around 1:02

Is this the stone-faced gentleman that’s always seated behind Alex?
If so, I think it settles our questions about him being Security.

Don't know who he is trying to fool by holding his jacket over the handcuffs? Everyone knows he's in custody. Considering the litany of charges he's been accused of I find it pretty funny that he draws the line at being seen or photographed in handcuffs. It's not like he has one shred of dignity left in his entire body at this point. What's the point?
In case a juror accidentally sees him in handcuffs. Personally I think it's a foregone conclusion that the jurors know he's in jail and wears handcuffs when he's transported yet there are some in the judicial system who believe it's possible that any visible hint of guilty (which handcuffs sorta portray) may cause a juror to not be objective. There are some who will insist that everyone see a defendant as a completely innocent person sitting at the table; totally innocent of the crime until the jury (or judge) render a verdict even if you see video of the crime. That is very hard to do when you know a person is guilty. jmo

I think it's possible they were shot at 8:49pm to 8:50pm. Still a tight timeline. JMO.

What if the murders happened before the video was sent from Paul's phone and Maggie's phone registered her seeing the message on her phone. Alex admitted to knowing Maggie's password but we only have Alex's word that he did not know Paul's

JMO:

I believe AM may have used an ATV that was briefly touched upon early in the trial.

Or, maybe there is information showing the vehicle was parked at the kennel area from 7 to 9 (ish)

Maybe that video of AM and PM flows with this timeline.

Was that the email that the defense objected to…then handed to Annette to read?

Am I mistaken, or wasn’t there a sample taken of biological material on an ATV at the scene? Could that be the same one?

Shelly the caretaker was a GREAT witness!!!!!!
I felt terrible for her. She liked and trusted Alex. And was clearly concerned about possibly losing her job. And possibly concerned about losing her life in a slip and fall.

I do believe that a bio sample was taken from an ATV.

I am assuming that will be tied into upcoming testimony!

After committing a double murder, would someone have been able to send a video from son's phone, try to do whatever on wives phone, strip naked, wrap up guns and clothing to dispose of somewhere, shower all trace evidence off with a garden hose and change into clean clothes in under 20 minutes ?

Any reports of the property being searched for old wells, septic tanks, or abandoned tanks from old airfield ?
