I do believe that a bio sample was taken from an ATV.

I am assuming that will be tied into upcoming testimony!

BBM.

"Goude asks where was Maggie’s body in relation to the ATV on the night of the murder? Worley said her body was toward the right of the ATV near the kennels
Worley said she saw biologic matter on the ATV and the ATV’s tire the night of the murder.

RE CROSS
Harpootlian asks if the biologic matter was collected for testing for blood. Worley says no samples were taken from the ATV".

I have a question- kind of off topic of where y’all are. But did anyone think this afternoon ended oddly? I thought they came back from a brief break to get some paperwork and we’re all ready to go, when one of the clerks whispered something to the Judge and then he announced everyone was dismissed for the day. Am I dreaming that, did anyone else notice that? Maybe it was just a weird day…

The prosecution’s presentation should be called the IKEA approach. Scatter bunches of evidence bricks around on the ground, then throw the jury an IKEA diagram to put it together themselves
The one time I served on a jury, the evidence was all jumbled up like this when it was initially presented in the trial. The case involved an assault with a deadly weapon by one prisoner on another in a jail cell. But watching the trial unfold, I remember thinking that the case was very iffy. The DA was racing through the witnesses, barely giving us time to digest the exhibits.

It was only during the prosecutor's summation that the evidence started to make sense. So for example, during the trial, a video of the assault was played. However, only during the closing arguments did the prosecutor show us close-ups from that video so we could see that the attacker was holding a homemade shiv. By the time we went into deliberations, I had radically changed my view.

It was kind of an eye-opener for me, because the courtroom presentation was very different from the trials (both real and fictional) I had seen on tv. So, I'm holding off on any judgment on how this prosecution team is doing until closing arguments are complete.

I'm thinking it's odd that AMs calls to MMs phone didn't appear on the call logs from the suburban. The only 2 calls the FBI found were the 911 calls around 10:07. If the car was turned on at 9:03? why didn't the phone pair when he made those calls? If he and the car were moving seems to me the phone should have connected to the car.

JMO:

I believe AM may have used an ATV that was briefly touched upon early in the trial.

Or, maybe there is information showing the vehicle was parked at the kennel area from 7 to 9 (ish)

Maybe that video of AM and PM flows with this timeline.

JMO
Agree- There were Multiple trucks and an ATV or 2 on the property which they spoke about earlier.
He could have used any of them.

Just seems sad that she has nobody there…
I agree. A dear friend and coworker of mine was murdered several years ago by her husband. We (her friends) were at the courthouse every day with her parents & siblings for the trial. We wanted to make it clear how much she was loved.

I didn't see the very end so I don't know if someone whispered something. The last thing I was aware of was the defense attorney was wanting the witness to give an opinion on a printout that was allegedly the same as what the witness was testifying to and the witness said the printout didn't look the same, it looked much bigger. The witness asked if he could compare it to the original data and the defense said of course and then the state looked at what was going on and then I saw my dog with something she wasn't supposed to have and I looked away and when i looked back, the witness was kneeling down in front of the little screen doing something. What happened after that I don't know because she ignored the drop it command.

Yea, well that’s when I thought they were readying something. Because we did end an hour early. Who knows. I watch trial while trying to get my lab not to attack animals in the yard daily, feel your pain.

I saw that but I thought it was the Judge that whispered to the clerk and she smiled. He then said court adjourned. I laughed at the attorney's because they were trying to get something done and he didn't wait on them. He is not one to waste the courts time. All JMO

Other media are reporting the same thing -- the bomb threat said the bomb was in the judge's chambers. It's a bomb threat, not an actual bomb.
IMO, it was indeed a threat, a message to the judge.

I had to leave and missed this last witness & have tried to read up….but have to say that I’m a bit confused of some of this information. I surely hope that the prosecution will have some demonstrative evidence made for their closing to help tie things together.

Can someone please tell me who was sitting there by themselves that here has been posts about? TIA
