L&C has done that to me a time or two. Just back out and try againI'm watching Law & Crime Network on Youtube, I don't have to sign in or join anything.
What in the crime scene is it that he cleaned upIsn't it more believable that he lied to protect himself because he had just left prior to the murders? Less believable to me that he killed his own family, and that he had time to clean up a crime scene in 15-20 minutes.
Yes.....YET!The only thing this case doesn't have is some sort of sordid sex scandal......Yet!
I'll have to check that episode. ThanksYes they did and I've never seen them dismantle someone in seconds the way they did Alex today! And they've looked at some pretty big interviews.
He’s losing that -I got this- swagger IMO.
Closing arguements will hopefully piece it all together and make sure the murder details take center stage supported by all the other aspects that built up the stress and contributed. IMOThis is certainly damning evidence. The question is is the state burying the lede with all this financial crimes evidence!? Can the jury even remember this detail at this point in the trial? It seems like prosecution feels that if they can’t show motive (even though they are not required to prove motive) a jury won’t convict.
Astounding spectacle of weirdness19 hr
Yes, well-said. Also, Ms. Shelley having to take a leave of absence from her job, often times LOAs are not paid (not saying her LOA is unpaid).I don't see a single issue with the Go Fund Me for the caregiver for AM's mom. It is not as if donors can vote for her to say or do something in particular in the trial, and her testimony was concluded. I think every heart in hearing range broke when she testified. She is terrified, conflicted, and has to live every day with the emotional wreckage from this family and how it is forever tied to her in the public eye.
People are allowed to donate to whatever cause they care about. MT saw another victim of AM, and he had the human response that a non-psychopath has to the suffering of others- he wanted to help. It goes to his credibility and kindness. How would anyone benefit inappropriately from this? I think he will have a lovely opportunity to explain why he felt compelled to donate to her if they happen to ask; she was another person AM tried to use like a tool for his purposes.
I think it was an act of love when her daughter set it up- she was proud and wanted to recognize the heroic effort it took to speak truth to power.
JMO.
That certainly would have cost them money though, attorneys advice doesn’t come free or cheapThey probably should have gotten some advice from a Lawyer about if/when to do this. Not a good look for sure.
Barber has no further questions after a brief redirect. Tinsley steps down. The state calls its 44th witness, Murdaugh family housekeeper Blanca Simpson.
