It may be that no demonstrative exhibits/visual aids are allowed until closing arguments. I heard a reporter say that the jury is allowed to take notes but chose not to. I think Waters will winnow this down effectively for the jury in closing. Hopefully he can use visual aids at that point. JMO.Visual aids would have helped A TON. Just to help put things in perspective. There are too many numbers and things to remember without a visual imprint. The jury isn't allowed to take notes so they are going to have to go with their memory. Yeah, they'll have all this evidence before them but it will just be numbers which will confuse them even more. I've tuned out practically all of the testimony this morning.
