Did anybody make out AM's shoes on his feet? I'm not necessarily convinced the shoes collected in evidence are the same.
the tennis shoes

He loved and trusted his dad. The ultimate betrayal. :(

Tough testimony to listen to, glad I don’t have to see it.

What if Alex killed them to put off being called out, with the thought that his Father was going to pass soon, that would allow him to get some money from his father's estate to try to fix some of his money issues? Finding out his Father was dying that very day I think was also part of his motive.

He SEEMS distraught, but Why? If he did this, he has to play the long game....Sick!
I completely believe Alex’s tears and sorrow are sincere at this moment, reliving what he did.

I think Paul was used to seeing his Dad with a gun, and also that Paul was a defensive guy overall, so if he didn't feel threatened, I can absolutely see it was someone he knows very well. He was facing his killer and had no defensive wounds! Abominable!

They absolutely did not have to sit through this. When my Mother was murdered, I asked the Prosecutor to let me know ahead when the Coroner was going to testify, and I left before he got on the stand. Reality is more gruesome than the imagination in many cases.
I'm so sorry for your tragic loss </3

I don't. If we compare the look on his face right now compared to when he was 'crying' in sorrow in the initial interaction with the 1st cop on scene to the police interviews in the car, they are completely different. Which one is real? I don't know but in my opinion I'm seeing nothing but anger right now.

Once again, these shots enter on the front of MM’s body which means she could see her killer

So these two shots to Maggie were from someone taller than her since they were entering higher than the exit I believe? I hope she says how far the shooter was from her. jmo

Thank you. It was hard, but the Prosecutor's office and guards at the Courthouse were very kind to my brother, sister and I. In my case, when the Jury returned with the Guilty verdict, they were all in tears. !991. I

just wish that a Life sentence in NJ actually meant Life, but it doesn't.

AM looks angry to me.... I haven't actually seen tears streaming down his face. He's upset he got caught and now his life will never be the same.

Haven't seen L&C post their body cam footage yet. Will post when its located.

Here's WJCL News' video:

Great video.

Here, AM is face to face with the responding investigator and the first 2 mins are devoted to his "it's long-story ... boat crash threats," and that he was visiting his mother in late Alzheimer's-- all before being asked.

Control the narrative much, AM?

As the officer approaches, note AM begins crossing his arms with a flashlight in his hand.

It turns out that crossing arms activates an unconscious ambition to succeed and increases perseverance!

Defensiveness: If you notice someone immediately cross their arms during a conversation, they might feel personally attacked and defensive about what you just said. If you notice their thumbs poking up, this might mean they are feeling “cool” and in control, but still feeling defensive2.

Anger: When we are upset or disappointed, we will cross our arms to literally restrain ourselves3.When feeling hostile or defensive, you may even notice clenched fists2.Combined with a tight-lipped smile, clenched teeth, or a red face, this is a good indicator of aggressive body language.
