What if Alex killed them to put off being called out, with the thought that his Father was going to pass soon, that would allow him to get some money from his father's estate to try to fix some of his money issues? Finding out his Father was dying that very day I think was also part of his motive.

I completely believe Alex’s tears and sorrow are sincere at this moment, reliving what he did.

I think Paul was used to seeing his Dad with a gun, and also that Paul was a defensive guy overall, so if he didn't feel threatened, I can absolutely see it was someone he knows very well. He was facing his killer and had no defensive wounds! Abominable!

They absolutely did not have to sit through this. When my Mother was murdered, I asked the Prosecutor to let me know ahead when the Coroner was going to testify, and I left before he got on the stand. Reality is more gruesome than the imagination in many cases.

I don't. If we compare the look on his face right now compared to when he was 'crying' in sorrow in the initial interaction with the 1st cop on scene to the police interviews in the car, they are completely different. Which one is real? I don't know but in my opinion I'm seeing nothing but anger right now.

Thank you. It was hard, but the Prosecutor's office and guards at the Courthouse were very kind to my brother, sister and I. In my case, when the Jury returned with the Guilty verdict, they were all in tears. !991. I
