So he stole some money. Ok. But, what evidence, other than gun shot residue on his hands which could have come from the shotgun he held as police arrived, paints him as a murderer?

Surely, there was insurance and an umbrella policy to cover any loss due to boating.

Great thinking. I know we've heard about DNA in the truck, but have we heard about any items that were found in it? If not, I wonder if we are going to have someone testify to finding a pistol in his truck.

A lot of numbers have been tossed out so I might have missed it but is there a more definitive time of death? I know there is speculation and I may have missed it but it could be far longer than seconds. Prosecutors started this trial saying between 8:30 and 10:06 and the coroner stated 9-9:30

Agreed. That is why I was asking as @Ceska stated the video was "seconds before the murder". The Snapchat video started at 8:44 and was just short of a minute long. If you use 9pm as a time, that is far different than "seconds"

Why is the state bouncing back to the financials? They go from pathologist to dog feeder to forensic accountant. Why is their presentation so disjointed?

Yes -- especially when the forensic accountant had very important information about the gist of the financial testimony in this trial:

PM could not cover three requirements -- no resources to pay $500K to Satterfields, no resources to repay Wilson $792K, and no resources to meet $10M settlement for the boat crash.

But more important, at trial, the double murder tragedy would likely prevent a large award by jurors for the Beach family and those injured in the boat crash. Fortunately, AM was not successful in selling this as retaliation (for the boat crash) by an unknown assailant.

I’m not sold on the money motive and really expected more physical evidence of him being the killer than we have seen.

Yup we're all bouncing off the padded cell lol since many believe that money and killing can be tied together despite the lack of a weapon and the loving man AM's defense has tried to shove down everyones throat. Again yes understand reasonable doubt but AM has done everything to proove even that wrong JMO.

How sick to stalk Buster, especially when he visits his mom’s and bro’s gravesite. Rude and disrespectful. No matter what one thinks of Buster, he lost his mom, brother and essentially his father Since AM will be in prison for at least some crimes. And having to live with the thought that dad might have done this? I can’t even imagine his internal conflict.

We are not the crazy people. Of that I am sure.
Law and Crime, Court TV, etc just about all of their talking heads are former defense attorneys. A bunch of fanboys(and girls) for the defense in every case.

Very odd but I find it sad nonetheless. We know that they had a public graveyard service the day following AM's (recently released) car interview. and were planning a second, private service about a week later because PM/MM bodies (cremains) were not yet ready for release. MOO

I really hoped we’d find out where all of AM’s stolen $ went. I don’t understand money laundering at all. Maybe he has it tucked away in the Cayman Islands or somewhere?

I don't think most people think money was the true underlying motive, although it played a role. It's the financial ruin and collapse of his name. This has happened many times before, usually ending in a murder/suicide/ family annihilation but not always.
