Why was Paul’s truck at the house? How did he get to the kennel if he is known to refuse to walk? Where was Maggie’s car & Busters truck?
Paul was using his uncle's truck that day -- his uncle's truck was apparently at the house because Paul took it to Moselle. I believe that Maggie's car was also at the house. Buster was not at Moselle at all so his vehicle would not be there. I think the State is implying that the reason there was no other truck than AM's at the kennels when LE arrived was because AM used his own truck to drive everyone down there. JMO.

Do you think Cory knows the truth?
IMO, no one knows the truth other than AM and he'll go to his grave with that knowledge. Three can keep a secret if 2 of them are dead.

Had AM already planned the murders when he and Paul were riding around the property and planting trees earlier that day?
OH YES! ABSOLUTELY! That was an intentional final goodbye ride. It makes me literally tear up at the thought. That’s why Alex is so emotional. Imo, he did love Paul (but loved himself more!) and wanted to have a final period of time doing together what they both loved. But all that time, he knew what was going to happen later.

SICKENING.

On family facebooks, AM and PM always have a drink in their hand. Frequently, gun in one, a beer in the other, no matter where they are.

Few thoughts:

Why does Dick want to call a “ footwear expert “ ?

For the past year and a half, Defense said that the roadside incident was AM wanting Buster to get $10 million life insurance.
Yesterday and again this morning Dick said $12 Million!

What’s up with AM leaving work later than he claims?

But wouldn’t Paul resist because he’d think he’d have to walk back? Maybe they took a golf cart?

I heard that the 2 replacement jurors are men in their 30s or 40s. Not sure who they replaced. I think the State is better off with women.
Bear with us guys, we finding AM real shady as well and personally wouldn't trust him with a squirt gun.

Yes, the golf cart. Definitely could have driven it. I was thinking the same thing. But to me the State seemed to be implying that they didn't use that. Re Paul resisting, AM could have told them they would all go back to the house together or that they would all go to Almeda together from the kennels??? Not sure. JMO.

After watching AM shut Cory Fleming down and proceed to answer questions in that interview, I’m inclined to think AM will take the stand.

He is supremely confident in his capability to monitor the reactions of his audience and to shift his words, posture, voice modulation, and emotional demonstration to influence them.

However, a jury granting an insurance award from a big insurance company or that insurance company caving to a settlement in anticipation of a jury doing so, is a LOT different than a jury hearing evidence and making a judgment in a trial involving double-homicide of a wife and son. In this case, the lawyer-defendant is being personally judged, has been revealed as a self-serving cheat and liar, and there is no big, bad insurance company that can afford the loss.

Yes, this.
I think MM and PM were told that they would ride down to look at the dogs and, from there, MM was heading back to the beach house and PM would be riding back to the house with AM.
The late evening visit to his mother was never shared with MM or PM and was just a way to create an alibi and/or dispose of evidence. MOO.

In my mind's eye, this is one scenario I have been pondering:

Hey Paul, why don't you drive your mama down to the kennels and put Bubba up since it is starting to rain. I'll come down there and pick y'all up to go see Mom.

IIRC, it appears the golf carts, etc... are all parked under the sheds. I could be wrong. Was there an ATV/golfcart at the house when LE arrived there after the 911 call?

JMO.

Edited to add: MP testified yesterday that MM told her that AM called her (MM) on the 7th to come to Moselle because he wanted to go check on his parents.

I think he might, too, and Creighton had better be prepared for that possibility and do the cross himself. Imo. Also, I think Waters is so excellent.

That’s a horrible image. And to even imagine what Paul was thinking as his dad killed him.

Maggie's car was not at the kennels. So apparently she did not think she was leaving directly from the kennels to go to Edisto. AM asked MM to come to Moselle because of his father's health. That was why I thought AM could have mentioned going to Almeda together (although I know his dad was out of Almeda by the evening) but it's just a guess. I really was just getting at why there was no other car (other than the golf cart) at the kennels and why Owen was talking about the car issue to AM. JMO.

How much longer is the video? I couldn't understand the answer to that question and I'm too lazy to try and find it.

Oh yea they were shot with their own guns by strangers
Not only would this have to be true, but the strangers would arrive at the hunting property not knowing exactly who all is there (they have a housekeeper, a groundskeeper, a guy who feeds/checks the dogs, 2 adult sons, Maggie, and Alex).. so strangers arrive intending to kill Paul or Maggie or both and then don't bring weapons, they figure they can get one or two guns from the property (without being found out by any of the number of people that could be there) and then they are going to kill 2 people and get out of there with the guns and not leave any evidence they were there, no sign of a break in, no stolen cars, nothing out of place just walk in, find random weapons, shoot 2 people and leave.. in the dark dark hunting property out in the middle of nowhere.
