Believe cuz Eddie was the pusher man.Who is he talking about getting drugs from? The kennel cleaning neighbor or a housekeeper?

We talked about this in the beginning when that document came out. We figured it was a hip shot or he dropped to a knee shot. The way you described it sounds very very logical. This makes sense when you consider the close range.
If AM had fired and ducked away, then pops back out in an aggressive pose, the victim is right there close, and he no doubt fired the second shot without in reaction without aiming
There was no time to shoulder the weapon
Excellent point! How could they believe anything AM says after all the lies that have been exposed during the trial! If we can hear him lie like this on this call, can you imagine what he would come up with if he testifies?
At least the jury is also hearing this and maybe wouldn’t believe a word he would say if he does testify.
Nor will many and that will create doubt in some people's minds. I know I have doubts surrounding itSorry, I’m not buying he purchased that amount of pills per week for his personal use. Nope. MOO
I know we don't have to know exact motive or what the specific tipping point is in order to know Alex did this, but I keep thinking about the order of events. Why this day, what was different. He was confronted about stealing. He finds out his dad is dying. Those are two big things to happen in close time frame. What does he do? He asks the CFO for information about his 401K and says he's doing something for the boat case hearing coming up later that week.
I looked up 401K and if they are touchable by a civil suit and the answer is no. The only way a 401K is in play is by divorce, it is considered marital assets and also the IRS can access it. So why would he be wanting the 401K info for the civil case if that isn't something that could be touched? Why did he want that information, that day, right before he leaves work to go home and murder his family? Was he searching for another way out? Was this something that tipped him toward feeling he had no other choice, was it something he was looking at to see if he could possibly have enough in there to pay off these debts he had from stealing?
Good grief! How many pills did he take per day with his supposed addiction? Matthew Perry admitted in his new memoir to taking 55 pills per day before his colon burst! I'm from NC and you can't tell me with all the good ol' boys clubs that run the state of SC that Alex couldn't have bought off a doctor to get pills if he wanted them. SMH
Oh, thank you …. I missed that … I appreciate the correction!Tinsley testified he was speculating that there was probably no life insurance for anybody including AM. This was not a statement of fact.
I've previously posted the linked quote.
Personally, I think the defense is just trying to add names to a cast of characters who could potentially have been involved in the murders of MM and PM. Anything to keep the focus away from AM. I’m not sure the jury is going to buy this.
Then what would Buster have benefitted from AM being killed?I thought that Mark Tinsley said none of them had insurance, referring to MM, PM and AM
Thinking he would get his amount " Fix needed" and ole cuz Eddie was selling the rest to whoever.Good grief! How many pills did he take per day with his supposed addiction? Eddie Smith I think. Not anyone who worked on the property, as far as what's been said thus far.Who is he talking about getting drugs from? The kennel cleaning neighbor or a housekeeper?
