It feels to me like Buster distanced himself from the family a while ago. He said dad went to rehab in 2018, but didn’t know much about it since then, as opposed to Paul, who was on the lookout.
I thought Buster did well and was fairly neutral. Then again, I believe the defense knew not to put Buster in a position to expect him to lie and perjure himself.
I can’t believe DH threw his clerk under the bus like that. Not a child, a lovely little assassin just like this. Yeah, okay. Moo
Or I got it.. "The one stop expert shop"Jack of all trades, master of none?

One of Paul's friends testified that Paul did not come home very often after he started college. Griffin tried to get him to say that Paul came home a lot (one big happily family) but the friend did not go along with Griffin. I don't think it's unusual for a college kid to stay away from home but it just didn't seem to be the close family that Griffin was trying to portray. JMO.Buster sure did seem oblivious, especially to the pills/drug use. This seems to go against the defense’s portrayal of a close knit happy family. from Buster’s testimony today didn’t seem like they really talk to each other despite what the phone records show.
Dang! I have a all day conference that day and have to work Friday too. Going be with you all tomorrow and catching up after that.
The ex-senator would have had a fit if the prosecution had done the same.I find this disgusting. This is a double murder trial for heavens sake!
I think PM stayed away from home because of the boat accident and his denying he was driving the boat and tried to put blame on Conner Cook. I have a question about a defendant testifying, do they have to do a deposition before they can testify like other witnesses do? Will the prosecution have any way to prepare for this testimony or will it remain unknown until the defense starts questioning him?
That’s the case in at least one other state (I forget), but I suspect more. Don’t like it.I'm listening to a podcast right now and a SC attorney said witnesses do not do depos in SC
This man is on the Defense Witness List. Expert in crime scene analysis. I think he was involved in the Michael Peterson/The Staircase documentary but not sure. Just saw some Twitter rumblings.

That's interesting. I live in SC and was involved in a case where a gal forged the signature of her boss on checks. I worked in the bank that cashed the checks and I had to do a deposition. The case was going to court but settled at the last minute. This was decades ago.I'm listening to a podcast right now and a SC attorney said witnesses do not do depos in SC
