I throw my cellphone on my bed from the hallway while I'm going passed my bedroom to go to the bathroom to brush my teeth at night. It never comes on. I know it's not a moving car but the distance is probably 10 feet. Never seen it come on and I've been doing it for years.

Sleeper car is ready for those who can't make it of the train, told you to watch that fire water.

Tomorrow might be a BIG DAY! Might want to stock up on your Bloody Mary ingredients as well as some fresh Orange Juice. The Bar Car might get pretty busy right after breakfast.

If AM takes that stand, I think it will be a huge mistake. I think it will seal his fate and remove any reasonable doubt. There is just no way he can charm or lie his way out of this. No amount of tears. I have faith that the jury is going to see right through him, given all they've already heard.

Who on the defense team thinks this a good idea? Is AM going to appeal based on his crappy defense? Is that the long range plan with these inept "experts" and the defense witnesses who end up favoring the prosecution?

Also of note, of course I would love to see AM testify. I don't think he interprets "under oath" like us plebs may, though.

On it and going to be a busy night for me and the help restocking, loading coal and checking on our guests sleeping in the luxury sleeper cars who took advantage of the buy one get one free deal lol.

Okie, dokie, maybe tomorrow is the day that JMM will testify. moo
At end of day, AM's Lawyers call his brother, JMM, over, they chat and all seem to be hardy laughing.
Also, when leaving, Buster hangs back from Aunt and Uncle a bit...may mean nothing...
What bothers me very much is: the occasional laughing/Joking by AM and/or family, unemotional family members(perhaps they cried it out long ago??, but My Mom was murdered in 1991, and it still brings tears for me and my family)
I am no fan of anyone in this family, but no one deserved to be Murdered in such a Heinous way. Maggie's murder speaks to someone with Rage against her, killing her, then kept on shooting. WHOVER TAHT IS MUST PAY!!

I’m having flashbacks to the “hoard of skateboarders” who changed Jodi Arias’ car tag in the Starbucks parking lot…. Geez….
She spent much time in the fog as well.

IMO the defense only wants AM on the stand to say that guilty people would not take the stand so he must be innocent. They forget he is quite a liar.
Jury will either hang or find him guilty. No way he walks free, IMO.
Is there a recent poll?

Blanca cooked dinner for them and messaged Maggie it was on the Stove. Either she lied, or misunderstood, but Maggie asked Blanca to make the dinner, and she texted/messaged Maggie that it was on the Stove, and testified to what she made, which were the Ingredients at Autopsy for Maggie and Paul:(
No, she was testifying that the conversation with Maggie was that Maggie going to cook dinner for everyone either the next day or the day after, was not referring to the night that they were killed, that night Blanca did make dinner. The dinner conversation had nothing to do with dinner the night of the 7th. She was recounting want her last conversation with Maggie was, she never heard from her again after that phone call.

Interesting that during those steps by MM, AM registers no steps - yet he was never without his phone, per witnesses.

Interesting that MM's phone came on at 9:31p while on the side of the road and while AM was at Almeda.

Did I understand correctly that MM's phone was already on the side of the road while AM was still in the driveway?

Interesting that there is unknown male DNA under MM's nails.

No tarps at Almeda.

So, didn’t OnStar data say AM’s vehicle hit the end of the driveway to enter the Moselle property at 10:00pm?

I’m curious why AM’s “steps” start at 9:56 pm. I don’t understand this discrepancy.
I'm not completely sure, but the 'steps' function seems to work in more or less ten minute (600 second) intervals. You can see most of the time periods in the chart range from ~575 seconds to 600 seconds. So I don't think the chart necessarily means that Alex's first step was at 9:56, but rather sometime during the 10 minutes from 9:56 to 10:56, Alex took 231 steps.

As for the shorter time periods, perhaps the phone went inactive after three or four minutes so nothing further was recorded.

The prosecution said that Alex’s vehicle was passing the spot where MM’s phone was found at the same time that MM’s phone registered movement being thrown there, the defense argued that phone movement indicated the phone was tossed there 2 minutes before AM‘s vehicle passes that spot. In a previous post on here, poster stated that under one fingernail there was DNA that CBR could have been a match for but it was 11 times more likely it was not his.

Bring on AM!
By the time Creighton Waters finishes with him AM will resemble a 5’2” elementary school cowboy munchkin alien!

omg…shorter steps-maybe from someone like, oh, I don’t know, about 5’2”?

I don't think he'll do it. I think they are banking on a hung jury.

I did notice his family hung around the court room to see if they could nod to him or do whatever they do as communication. BM gave someone a thumbs up and John Marvin was conversing with JG and DH after court. JMO

Yes and I would add Mollie Tibbets killer who testified two large masked men kidnapped him to drive them to kidnap MT and kill her.

Wearing sweaters. In Iowa. In July.
