He has that little smirk when he's "answering" the wealthy question. Zero remorse.

Waters is doing a good job of showing how dishonest AM is, and how no one can trust anything he says.

  • #723
AM just blew it!! He told Waters that he "doesn't know what you want" in answering in his questions. It's not about telling the truth it's about saving his a$$ - all of this. JMO

He can't even just say yes we lived a weatlthy lifestyle. He had to get clarification and even then more clarification. He admits to earning over 1 million a year for YEARS.. still couldn't just say yes.

The reason this is taking so long is not the questions Waters is asking. It's Alex complicating even the simplest questions.

I think Waters is trying to emphasize that AM can sit there, look you in the face and tell you bald-faced lies that seem completely believable.

He's done it again and again over the years.

So, is he doing the same thing to the jury today?
I imagine every juror is feeling that.

He is mad and I think he's doing the right thing by asking about every single one. It is showing that Alex would stoop to extremely low levels. He stole from a child, from someone so injured they were paralyzed, he liked to his best friends in the law firm and his brother that was part of his law firm, he used a badge to get special access and special treatment. He lied and lied and lied. THAT is exactly the point. So he lied that night about where he was and where he wasn't. But then he has the audacity to get on the stand and lie... maybe a juror finds it believable.. (I don't see how, but let's say maybe they found his fake boohooing believable) this is showing that he manipulates in MANY situations and gets his way. I think the nerve of this man to get on the stand and still lie while claiming he's a changed man.. drugs made me lie.. blah blah.. Darn right Waters is pissed with good reason. Alex had a path of destruction that leads right to the night of the murders and it is all relevant.
A+++++ for your statement …. Perfectly stated!

I don't get this. Yes, it's been confirmed he's a liar and a cheat. I don't know why they keep beating this. Waters is just trying to get the jury to realize that AM could say something directly to your face and be lying. Ok, move on. Waters sounds just pissy and like he's mad that AM is simply admitting to all these other financial crimes.

He sat with people and looked them in the eye and screwed them out of money that would have made their lives a little better. Lied straight face to them. It is important that Waters hammers this home because this man would screw anyone so why not screw his family by killing them. All this money, all this deception and he felt entitled. He could have easily killed his family and straight faced lied. The house of cards was falling. His wife and son were calling him put on pills. He was going to have to have his wife be way more worried when he went to jail for theft and left her with all of the bills--- could the women he loved so much love him if it came to light what a horrible person he had been. His life was going to be over. Too much. He knew that he could not look his wife in the eye. He was so important that he could not kill himself--- screw someone else. JMHO.

Gucci, Mercedes, expensive guns, golf trips, housekeepers, multiple homes. Yeah, wealthy.

All of these things while the people he stole from scraped by just to exist.
These people are vulnerable, suffered huge losses, and often had life long injuries.
He is the most deplorable type of human that exists.

Here’s what you need to get… the defense would not stipulate to ONE SINGLE FACT. The prosecution is trying to make sure justice is served for the victims. AM admitting, on the record, to these financial crimes is intentional, and AM sees a benefit to it either in this case, the financial case or both. This is Waters job. He is not going to just quickly rush through the foundational support of the State’s case, and Like it or not, the finances are a HUGE part of why PM and MM were murdered. There is a MUCH larger story that the public has not been privy to. There is much more to AM than the public is aware of, and Waters is insuring that there is not a shadow of a doubt about the true nature of the person on trial and accused of these murders.

Period.

AM looks worse than ever, if that is even possible. What a parasite.
Parasite is the word of the day for Alex!

I was hoping that we wouldn’t get bogged down into that either.

Yes, to all these other crimes that are not the murder of his wife and son. Waters is coming off as pissy and a bit desperate right now. Just my opinionI

I don't think so AT ALL. Everything needs to come out to show waht a complete psycho he is. He stole from teenagers, disabled people, mentally disturbed people, dead cops....... If he was willing to do all of these crimes for decades then it is very possible his heart was hardened enough to kill his wife and son. I want to hear about everything.

This thing wanted to get on the stand with his aww shucks country boi schtick and tried to convince he was some kind of model husband with a perfect marriage and family. He wasn't. He lies about everything. And now it's judgement day.

" What we have here is failure to communicate! Some men you just can't reach. So you get what we had here last week...which is the way he wants it. Well...He gets it! I don't like it better than any of you men."

Always flew private.
That’s why he teased Buster about no reclining on the commercial flight BM took.

AM is a Snob.
