Here’s what you need to get… the defense would not stipulate to ONE SINGLE FACT. The prosecution is trying to make sure justice is served for the victims. AM admitting, on the record, to these financial crimes is intentional, and AM sees a benefit to it either in this case, the financial case or both. This is Waters job. He is not going to just quickly rush through the foundational support of the State’s case, and Like it or not, the finances are a HUGE part of why PM and MM were murdered. There is a MUCH larger story that the public has not been privy to. There is much more to AM than the public is aware of, and Waters is insuring that there is not a shadow of a doubt about the true nature of the person on trial and accused of these murders.

Period.

He sat with people and looked them in the eye and screwed them out of money that would have made their lives a little better. Lied straight face to them. It is important that Waters hammers this home because this man would screw anyone so why not screw his family by killing them. All this money, all this deception and he felt entitled. He could have easily killed his family and straight faced lied. The house of cards was falling. His wife and son were calling him put on pills. He was going to have to have his wife be way more worried when he went to jail for theft and left her with all of the bills--- could the women he loved so much love him if it came to light what a horrible person he had been. His life was going to be over. Too much. He knew that he could not look his wife in the eye. He was so important that he could not kill himself--- screw someone else. JMHO.
Also, if he walks from these murders, he will go free SOMEHOW for all he stole.

He keeps saying, on repeat, “misled, I did wrong, shouldn’t have”. Over and over, no emotion. Broken record.

Ughhh.
"I misled people, I did wrong."

NO.
You continuously cheated, lied, defrauded helpless people, conspired with a bank executive, victimized victims, murdered your family, etc.

If only it was so simple as I MISLED PEOPLE, I DID WRONG.

AM doesn't like being questioned about his stealing. He wants to turn the page. No, answer the questions.

CW just burning time today. The actual crucifixtion starts tomorrow……
Yes! Not a good idea to get into the night of the murders until he has the entire day to get him flustered and tripped up. This is smart to get this out of the way today. Then tomorrow get into the day of the murders. It will keep it all together in one day so Alex doesn't have a chance to get himself together. It also keeps him guessing on how the state will go about questioning him about that night. No need to tip him off to give him all night to think how to expalin away the mess he made.

I am sort of surprised that the judge hasn't told AM to just answer the question and stop repeating the same jibberish over and over.

Somebody does not like losing control of the narrative. He just loves when he can be vague. He misjudged what was going to happen on this cross.

He keeps saying, no I'm not saying I dispute what you are saying, I just don't remember it that way or I don't recall.. if you say it was this, then I believe you. Interesting.. lol Maybe he just doesn't recall the night of the 7th the correct way either.. you know with the guns in his own hands shooting Paul and Maggie.

AM is just proving how he talks in circles and tries to confuse everyone!

Now cross needs to say…. “Ok, so now you are telling the truth”….

I just looked over at JimJim and DickDick and they were sitting there with both their arms crossed…probably watching their clocks on their computers.
