I hope Mr. Waters moves on to what happened at the dog kennels, Paul's cell phone video, the data from the car GPS, real soon.

I think the jury has a very good idea now about the financial crimes and a good idea about how AM is not to be trusted with being honest. But I get that Waters wants to lay a good foundation before going to the Big Stuff.
He only gets one chance at AM. He’s got to pile it on.

"Go ahead and tell us about your friend that you stole from..."

Excuse me are lies by omission any less impactful than outright lies. WTH is wrong with Alex, is he truly this delusional???

He’s a psycho

Please AM spare us with your BS story time. moo

CW is gonna spend ALL day kicking AM's can down the road. No life stories!

“I won’t dispute that but I don’t know if that’s the case”

What does that mean? He’s not saying ‘yes’ instead he is saying “I don’t dispute that”
passive/aggressive narcissist IMO

IMO defendant is now controlling this courtroom and cross.

ETA: and to be clear that is not pleasing to me. Don’t give him the advantage or upper hand. Get to the events at Moselle and slayings.

Prosecution may not be able to keep him on stand all day and close weekend on him.

He’s delusional when it comes to thinking he is invincible.

I think we’ve established that they are real people and he stole from them. Let’s move on.

Waters just said a few minutes ago in response to AM blathering on and on about how he stole from the good people who he loved - “Yes, you hurt the people that you love. I know.” I know the objection over that comment was sustained, but the jury still heard it.

Entitled to steal from 'em.....BINGO!

His 'legitimate' income was significantly less than I thought. It seems like he only broke 7 figures once or twice. Mostly it was in the 200K-800K range.

Alex thinks if he is clearly and profusely confessing to these financial crimes, the jury will think he would confess to any crime he did commit. Which is why he isn't confessing to murder. He's an honest guy you know.

Financial crimes are the theory of the state's motive so Waters needs to drive that home but at some point he does need to move on. I think it's pretty obvious at this point what a liar and horrible person Alex Murdaugh is.

He never shuts up.

Sometimes I wish there was an eye rolling emoji to click on. MOO AM is flustered and backing into corners constantly.
