Waters has got it going now.
Makes no sense for AM to go down to the kennels for that super short period of time.
AM would have been at best just stepping into his house at 8:49 when MM and PM phones locked forever(they were killed).
No way AM did not hear a 300 Blackout being fired five times.

How can you leave, fall asleep and be unaware of your surroundings within 5 minutes?
this is like a sci fi episode. his step records contradict (surprise????) question: did I hear that he never told PM or MM that he was going to this mothers when he left the kennel?

I am not not sure that he has asked about the 7th, yet, but I see that question coming.

He did mention he was NOT going thru withdrawal the night of the murders. So many lies it's hard to keep track of!

Okay, maybe I missed something. He claims that he thought LE were pulling up - was this during the whole dozing off timeline? If so, why would they be pulling up? He hadn't called 911 yet, right?

I'm confused :/
I think he was talking about PawPaw and Mags - jmo.

Phone data mostly, I believe. Phone orientation, screens locking, etc. Maggie's phone leaves her person shortly after that and travels somehow to the Suburban, IIRC.

IMO.
thank you. I see I should have been following this before the trial.

The defense has been very quiet today.

Maybe they too are riveted by this new story.

Sorry, haven't been following for long...how do we know 8:49 is the exact time family was shot?
PM and MM's phone go silent...even though PM was actively talking to his best friend about his injured dog and Rogan was waiting on the kennel video that never came even after repeated calls and texts to both victims

The first time everyone (and I do mean everyone) is hearing this new story by Alex "Mark Twain" Murdaugh.
MOO.

Now it is welcome to “The Twilight Zone”….. in my best Rod Serling voice……

I want toxicology screen proof of the addiction that AM is using as an excuse. Where is the proof. They must have done screens in rehab.
I was thinking the same thing. I'm assuming doctor/patient privilege?

He thought mags & paul paul were pulling up.

And with that how they pull up paul Paul’s truck was at the house iirc.

Until I see documentation I don’t believe it. Even with documentation I would have to know if it’s legit. I 100% don’t believe he was a drug addict. It’s a big fabricated story to cover his crimes.
Same. Alcohol addiction, I definitely believe. He was so ruddy and bloated in earlier pictures and he looks like a different person now that he slimmed down. I have never seen anyone taking the amount of opioids he claimed to have taken who had his body shape.

I hope the jury are as flummoxed as I am trying to make his story make sense

Going back to previous AM testimony. If he asked his counsel to set up meetings with the prosecution or LE and they did not, is that misconduct or malpractice? They put him in a horrible position to be seen as a liar.

Both lawyers need to watch out, if it is true then sanctions, the bar, AM or a stray house cat could come for them. Lol.

There's no way he had caught Bubba, handled the chicken, and gotten back on the golf cart in 4 minutes....without sweating.... no way.
