I believe in his interviews AM said he moved PM more, tried to turn him over, phone fell out. I think he said he touched MM but not that he tried to actually move her and in fact he may have mentioned not being able to feel her wrist for pulse because it was under her? Anyone remember it that way?
He thought he touched her waist. Wierd

He said different things in different interviews. In all of the ones I've seen, he said he tried to turn Paul over and that his phone "popped out" but in at least one of the early interviews (and maybe on the 911 call), he said that he checked to see if they were breathing; he then changed the story shortly thereafter to say he checked the pulse of each of them.

Too stunned from blowback to “run”to get a second weapon, he was giving them their moneys worth. No one knows where the guns were, maybe both were side-by-side on the golf cart or at the feed room. TP seems like a paid hack who is willing to come up with any scenario possible despite how improbable/unrealistic it is and despite not having any facts/info to back it up. MOO

They are all paid hacks for the defense.

Palmbach said Paul was taken by surprise when he was shot, which pretty much disproves the theory that it was some outside strangers that did it, because that means the dogs were not alerting and the neither were the guineas. It was someone the dogs know very well. I wonder wh

Aha, now do we have two shooters? And, how tall are they?
One of them is standing on the counter behind Paul shooting down, while the other Loompa was in front shooting up.
Lol!

Oh, boy --

Defense witness just opined how the defendant could have moved Maggie. He caught himself. Changed it to shooter.

Too late.

IMO Maggie ran toward Paul directly into Alec's sights.

Jmo
This is nuts!!
I swore I heard that too!!!

Who will want to eat after this gruesome testimony and photos
Think they would want to stop in on the crazy train for a liquid lunch to take the edge off after seeing those pics.

You nailed it! It sure seems that none of the animals reacted to any strangers and therefor Paul had no idea anyone suspicious was there.

AM said he checked both pulses and turned Paul over. I assumed too he checked their pulse on the wrist, maybe he checked the neck on Maggie?

Well, my Q is moot anyway. I don’t think he checked them during the 14 - 20 seconds upon arriving at the kennels and dialing 911.

He blew them apart, left them there, dead, while he went to visit his mama. Such a devoted son.

The “checking them” was just another lie. A son without a brain and a wife shot in the back of the head (for the 4th or 5th time) were dead.

Yeah that call turned my stomach. How would he ever think his surviving son would want to go hunt on that property where his Mom and brother were hunted and slaughtered!? The man has no empathy, IMO
Well it didn't seem to bother Buster when he went to recover guns from Moselle and then stood and played with the dog on almost the exact spot that his brother died. (This photo really bugs me!!)

From that last direct of defense witness, and his theories, I am reminded, unfortunately of that ‘single bullet theory’ from the Warren Commission and that sad day in Dallas, Texas, 1963.
me too. I thought about how so many experts disagreed on JFK's head snap and shot from back. This was the same discussion in some aspects.

Wow, and then he also has early withdrawal penalty too.
I had the wrong numbers

The total value of Murdaugh’s 401(k) came to an estimated $1.7 million, according to attorney Amy L.B. Hill – one of the “receivers” appointed by the court to manage his finances. After fees and taxes, approximately $900,000 was available to him.

But not necessarily Alex. Based on today's viewing I think enough reasonable doubt has been raised. Sadly.

I wish Creighton had asked where exactly he checked their pulse. AM would obviously have lied of course, but he would have to be specific in his lies, and the jury would hear it one more time.
