One of them is standing on the counter behind Paul shooting down, while the other Loompa was in front shooting up.
Lol!
Which was very risky business, when you think about it, for both little Loompas

You nailed it! It sure seems that none of the animals reacted to any strangers and therefor Paul had no idea anyone suspicious was there.
Yep - and also, if less than five minutes separated Alex leaving and the shootings, how did anyone get up the gravel driveway without Alex hearing it, especially since he was in a golf cart until he got to and into the house? We could hear the gravel crunching for a mile when I lived in the country.

AM said he checked both pulses and turned Paul over. I assumed too he checked their pulse on the wrist, maybe he checked the neck on Maggie?
Possible checked Paul-Paul for his pills. Don't believe he checked them for any sign of life... not after a scene like that. Moo.

Well it didn't seem to bother Buster when he went to recover guns from Moselle and then stood and played with the dog on almost the exact spot that his brother died. (This photo really bugs me!!)

Personally I could never walk over my loved ones blood dirt! The photo haunts me too

Oh you can't handle both weapons at the same time, such cow patties. Proved that wrong with my own test I posted a few moons back, performed with my 12ga. and .223 tactical stock and both had slings. Guess I'll take the defenses expert out to the range and show him as well.

Basically if you think of AMs last act before the murder he would have had to get the chicken from Bubba lay it on the lil house and take Bubba over to the kennel. Based on the crime recreation te guns were propped up against the feed room outside so he shot PM 1st and got the other gun and shot MM.

He thought he touched her waist. Wierd
And he said he only got blood on his finger tippy-tip-tips.
I don't think he actually touched Maggie or Paul other than to get at their phones. Is that the pulse he was talking about?

ETA: oh, and possibly searching for his pills as well.

I saw that, literally on the spot his brother had lay dead. I thought for goodness sake couldn't they have parked the truck down the other end?

Wonder if the jury wonders why MMs family isn’t there? It would really bother me if I was a juror.
Well her sister's short testimony screwed Alex IMO. If they wondered where the family stood before she took the stand, they don't now.

MOO

Timothy Palmbach is on the stand now. He says he's here on retainer, being paid by the defense. Palmbach is a crime scene analyst specializing in blood spatter.

Palmbach testifies upon reading the information about Paul, his interpretation is that the gunshot wound to the head was a contact wound. He says before coming to Walterboro (he's from Connecticut), he had never talked to Eisenstat - meaning his conclusions were drawn separately.

Palmbach says he agrees with previous testimony that Paul had no defense wounds, meaning he didn't put his hands up to block the shot. Palmbach testifies he thinks Paul was surprised by the shot.

Palmbach testifies there would have been blood and other tissue matter sprayed on the shooter, matted in the hair, on the clothes, etc.

Palmbach testifies that he believes Maggie was moving while she was being shot, although she was facing the shooter at all times based on the wounds she sustained. He says based on the location of the shell casings, he thinks the shooter also moved around some.

Palmbach says his "opinion is the totality of the evidence" indicates that there were two shooters on June 7, 2021. He says Paul's shooter would've gotten covered with bone, blood, and brain matter, which would've temporarily rendered them unavailable to run and shoot Maggie.
BBM all the more reason why he washed off with the hose, washed the guns etc...

After listening to that witness on direct, and his interjecting the ‘defendant‘ could have moved the victim…. on his theory of the shootings, I wonder if he meant to say a ‘two weapon’ incident. Rather than a ‘two shooter’ event. (Wink wink.) He also tended to go on and on and on….. for confusion effect I think. MOO.

Well that photo is disturbing. It seems there is water on the ground in that exact spot too.

If I were on the jury I would be offended that they think I was stupid enough to believe this hogwash. Time to end the madness.

Right, I still don’t know if he did anything with them. I just don’t know how he walked through that scene and no blood on her shoes unless he changed his shoes afterwards, which is a good possibility.

Even with this scenario it would at most a couple minutes, no multiple shooters needed.

So if they are visiting Moselle tomorrow does that mean no court tomorrow?
