Love your writing. Hoping you have perfect healing soon!
Thank you kindly and AM's witness blabber is making my head hurt as well now. Now all the shots falling from the sky and at the same time point blank.

Copyright violation for DH to take a page out of a book for his lazy expert witnesses exhibit! And I protest!
And how rich that the motion he cited excluded his own exhibit heehee. That young whipper snapper gal got him. :)

DH has life size drawings of a female body to represent MM for this pathologist witness to discuss her wounds. DH doesn’t do anything without ample reason. WHY such large tagboard drawings when boards half that size would be plenty large for the jury to see?
Has the witness even used that board, when it was in view it was unmarked...now he's drawing on a pad

Don’t you want a bigger spread bird hunting? My husband shoots sporting clays, shooters always changing chokes depending on the target. Of course, a choke could be added for the purpose of killing them not used for hunting. Trying to add more confusion to how they were killed?
Yes and no. Turkey hunters usually know their gun and it’s POI (point of impact) ie, tendencies.

Choke typically used to help reign that spread in just a little especially when your are shooting small targets like a Turkey head and neck, etc

I just think the 12 ga probably had a choke and it was somewhat engaged whether that was 50%, etc that would explain some of Paul pattern of injury and has not been postulated

I haven’t seen use of it. It’s like he just introduced a nude Maggie standing there beside the witness, overlooking the proceedings, larger than life. Weird.

Do those pellets come out in a triangle shape, or a cone shape? Seems like he's living in flatland.

All that to draw three variations on a circle.

I had a glimpse of the actual book page.

This guy ain't going down for plagiarism.

Oh my gosh! I’m so sorry to hear that and hope you can stay with us as we roll towards the end of this saga. Take good care of yourself!!!
Just mending up time now and hanging on this train with you all till the end of this saga for sure.

Did Harpotlian just admit the witness's doddle into evidence?

I don't see how this testimony helps the defense. At the end of the day, MM and PM are dead, and AM's stories still don't add up.

I agree, I don’t even think you need an expert to counter his testimony
Well, perhaps it helps to diffuse, deflate, or negate in its entirety the earlier supposed suicide of that victim I believe? Unless…. desire is to obfuscate? MO.

Don’t the pellets coming from the top contradict the 5’2" shooter presentation the defense did ?

Again none of this explains the buckshot in the tree behind the room!

Really trying to figure out why this witness is there…is he saying PM was a suicide?

I must be sleepy because, when my eyes saw what you wrote, this is what I read instead:

Patting his head, forking his tongue.

I get it. Going for another cup of coffee and thinking about getting an extra something from the rail car that holds the valued spirits but need to work around that wild chicken!:cool:

Calling so few witnesses must indicate they are running short of funds for this trial and need to save some for the trials yet to come. moo

He might as well save some money and plead guilty to all the financial crimes since he spent 2 days testifying in open court that he did commit them. Total waste to go through a trial on those. Better save some money for the commissary.
