When the evidence presented leads you firmly by the hand down that path, actually scoops you up and carries you down that path, being convinced beyond a reasonable doubt is a satisfying journey to justice for the victims of unspeakable betrayal and cold-blooded murder. It's a big picture being presented in this case by the prosecution and it's very clear. AJMO
Agreed AM was a man walking around with red alert flags and sitting in as a juror on a murder trial, seeing the same red flags. People are capable of beautiful dreams and horrific nightmares. AM has done so much to keep himself in the circle of all these crimes including murder IMO.

No, they have never disputed time of death. There HAS been a lot of back and forth about phone screens, orientation changes, etc and what that all means. But TOD hasn’t been challenged.

There hasn't even been a definitive time of death. They speculate based on lack of cell phone activity which in all likelihood, is correct but that is simply their theory.

Law & Crime is saying we're down to one alternate juror.

I said it before and I'll say it again. I think the defense is trying to stretch this trial out, in the hopes of dropping two more jurors.

Chess move.

For sure we're seeing more of them in northern MI. My stomping grounds in MO. has em for sure and spent many a night in my buck wild days hunting them.

How do you make a math error on this case?!

I have to believe i-flip-phones testimony was to satisfy predicted jury curiosity.

I can't think of another reason.

ground hog day
If they were my loved ones lost I'd want everything and more done, not a ground hog day scenario , a judgement day. JMO

They may be right. It's possibly a case of locals knowing it can be a problem if you go against the local powers that be. It's just not done, at least not without facing some consequences.
I couldn't have said it any better.
Bam!!!
This is exactly it!!!

I think it just seems that way because this forum is extremely pro prosecution. imo.
I don’t think most of us are pro prosecution. Most of us know every detail of this case and are anti- family annihilating narcissistic lying thief.

They're nasty creatures and are a real problem not just in rural areas. With subdivisions pushing further into undeveloped land, new homeowners are finding their well manicured lawns being torn up and their beautiful fences being demolished. It's a real problem that only gets worse every year. This article is enlightening on the breeding habits of these animals.
MDWFP - Breeding and Social Behavior.
Years ago we were road-tripping from NYC to Miami. On 95, particularly starting in SC and GA, we were seeing lots of roadkill, mostly of the domestic pet variety. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I told my bf, "The next animal we pass along the road, we need to pick up and rescue." As the sun was setting in FLA that night, I spotted an animal in the distance and it was running really fast! I was finally gonna rescue a highway dog! My bf slowed down as we were approaching the big boy…and he was like, I don't think that's a dog. OMG it was a wild hog. Deceptively fast!

That was the thing one lawyer was talking about there is no Time of Death that is concrete. The coroner did not take body temps just put the hand in the armpit. The lawyers I have followed said this is can be something that prevents conviction since the only thing we have is the phone data and when that stopped, but could not mean the "concrete" time the shooting happened.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
