Agreed AM was a man walking around with red alert flags and sitting in as a juror on a murder trial, seeing the same red flags. People are capable of beautiful dreams and horrific nightmares. AM has done so much to keep himself in the circle of all these crimes including murder IMO.

There hasn't even been a definitive time of death. They speculate based on lack of cell phone activity which in all likelihood, is correct but that is simply their theory.

I said it before and I'll say it again. I think the defense is trying to stretch this trial out, in the hopes of dropping two more jurors.

Years ago we were road-tripping from NYC to Miami. On 95, particularly starting in SC and GA, we were seeing lots of roadkill, mostly of the domestic pet variety. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. That was the thing one lawyer was talking about there is no Time of Death that is concrete. The coroner did not take body temps just put the hand in the armpit. The lawyers I have followed said this is can be something that prevents conviction since the only thing we have is the phone data and when that stopped, but could not mean the "concrete" time the shooting happened.
