It has been said I believe, but I love Dr. Kenneth Kinsey’s accent, dialect, choice of words, and his demeanor. MO.

but do you think the Pros has proved their case so far?
Neither Reisch on CrimeTalk ( earlier today ) nor Tragos on LawyerYouKnow ( as of end Day 25th) don't think they have

There are internet lawyers who are on both sides. I pay them no attention whatsoever. No one knows what's going to happen here.

I don't think most of us will be surprised with a hung jury - or with a jury that comes back quickly with a Guilty verdict or anything in between (including a mistrial if there's some kind of misconduct afoot).

Do I think the Prosecution proved its case? Yes. Do I think someone needs to spell it all out on a white board? Yes - but they can't do that during testimony and not sure if Judge will allow it for the final arguments (I hope so). If I were the Prosecution, I would not stoop to using a lame animation of any kind, I would appeal to the reasoning and the higher mindset needed for Justice.

The Defense has a lying liar as a client. This is not good. If there had been no lies whatsoever from AM, I still think the Prosecution has proved the case, but coupled with the lies of AM (and his ridiculous admission that he impersonated LE in some manner), I am not inclined to believe anything that he says.

They should never have put him on the stand and I think the Prosecution could have wiped the floor with him more than they did, but are trying not to offend the jury's expectation of courtesy.

IMO.

IMO, even without a truckload of common sense, this makes sense! A face left intact is not likely if a contact shot to the back of the head as proposed by the defense.

As shown by KK the defenses theory of the shooting in the feed room would be like playing Twister along with lack of damage done to anything on the ground.

Eight women on the jury, I really think that if there is evidence to refute that AM was such a family man, and devoted to "Mags" they should introduce it. Any cheating, could sway jury on his performance the other day.

Lol, now JG trying to dispute that his own defense witness said it was most likely 5’2" shooter

Playing Twister is a great analogy for this

Exactly and no dancing about switching locations with the victim to then shoot PM in the back of the head. Wasted moves since one could just shoot chamber another round and shoot again from just outside the feed room.

Break time.

Whoa they brought in the big gun! I'm not familiar with the AG nor did I recognize him. Did he just join the case today??? and if so why do you think??

He's been sitting at the table thru the whole trial. Local journalist thinks he's doing questioning today because the state thinks they are going to win. Probably because an elected official would not want to be associated with a huge loss.

It may just be me...but, I will say this that both defense lawyers seem to be keeping their distance from AM at the beginning of breaks. Could it be that the cheese stands alone?

That poor court reporter!

I applaud those sitting on the hard stiff upright benches for so long. I wonder if they allow butt cushions.

Someone has likely already stated….. but IF a suicide component to this (and I am not contending that it is)…. then where is one or both of the weapons?

Sorry but that argument fails. I agree with you. IMO.
CCSO Jason Chapman testified one of the first things done by police upon arriving at the crime scene was to check for a weapon beneath PM's body.
