I'm an eternal optimist...I choose to believe they are looking for the cell phones. (Even if I'm wrong, I still choose to believe that.)

I understand the importance of the cell phones but a 10 month old baby's life outweighs the need to find the cell phones. Find the baby first and then look for the evidence, imo.

Anyone know what the structure is off 210 in the photos shown on Brian Foster's live blog below?

Same area they were at yesterday and possibly on the other side of Searcy Creek Pkwy. These are a continuation of the original wooded area. The wooded area is divided by Couteau tfwy to the west then N brighton east of that then Searcy Creek Pkwy further east then they also extend east all the way to 435 hwy. The woods are really thick in the area between SC pkwy and 435.

Police also searched an area near Parvin Road and Chouteau Trafficway. The search included two vacant buildings.

The couple also apparently met with Kansas City police detectives Thursday.

If you zoom in on Nurse's map, all of the buildings you see North of Parvin rd on Chouteau are being demo'd. They are also getting ready to widen Chouteau and they took all of the buildings and are in the process of leveling them to make it a greenway setting. All are vacant and most are already leveled. About the only one left is where the pawn shop was. It is the building on the northeast corner of Chouteau and NE 38th. All have been vacant since spring/summer. Most of the leveling started earlier this summer.

Basically, stuff we already knew about the grocery store trip and the guy with DB being her brother.
Pat Brown was on and thought taking the cell phones strange and that she feels whoever took Lisa has intimate knowledge of family - so perhaps perp is within their circle of friends or family!!

I thought maybe we could have a thread for searches so we know where and when they happen.

I don't know exactly where this search is taking place. All it says is the following:

Officers are out searching another northland location
