Tracked his truck by surveillance. Found evidence in truck for probable cause. Led to arrest. They had him in their sights all along. Nicely done to all LE involved.

Motive not released. Weapon not released. COD and TOD will come from ME office.

Well that was fast. Identify a suspect, find him, arrest him, and charge him all in a little over 72hrs after the crime. And then the Chief gives a prompt PC and thanks everyone else instead of standing up there and patting himself on the back. Well done, Mandan PD.

Don't rule out disgruntled tenant yet. He lives in one of their properties. Still a possibility. JMO
