Well, I was thinking surprising, but this just takes the cake. (The nerd in me came out). He must’ve had some grandiose thinking and ideas, but got caught anyway. This is by far the oddest situation to be the outcome.

This whole case has been so odd since the beginning.

Isaak opened Isaak Chiropractic of Washburn on Main Avenue in 2015, according to a feature story on Isaak in a 2015 supplement to the McLean County Independent. Isaak first opened a practice in Hazen in 2006, the news story said.

Address histories match. Chiropractor, killer.

My guess is a long-standing complaint about the property he was renting from them ? Or had he purchased a condo from RJR ?
Someone w/the username "wicked wolf" posted scathing reviews about their property practices.

He lives in an RV Park in Washburn, ND that is managed by RJR. That's the only connection between him and the company at the moment.

He was arrested without incident, which would tend to support the idea that he really didn't care about being caught, and may in fact have wanted to be caught.
It sounds like there were things in his truck that led LE to conclude he was responsible for the murders.
So he wasn't working hard to conceal anything after the fact, by the sounds of it.

A full confession and/or guilty plea would not surprise me here.
I think he has a grievance, and I think he's going to want to air it to try to justify his actions.

Hopefully, he's airing it to LE even as we speak.
I'm sure they're all ears.

I guess the means and opportunity are readily apparent, and the motive has something to do with how his experience with RJR was handled. If I understand correctly, he had his own RV. The vid showed earlier (before this news broke) only showed houses, but the field reporter pointed back to where the RVs were. So what could make an RV owner so mad?
