As someone from Sheri's family up in Chicago, I can tell you that we are not all sitting here suspecting Chris. Yes, as the other poster said, it is true Chris did not call Sheri's family....but I see that as being immature and not knowing what to say. We are all deeply, deeply saddened by this tragedy. It is very tough on a lot of people and our hearts are broken. But we are not posting bad things about Chris or posting assumptions. We trust that the police will find the person(s) responsible for this atrocity. You all should know though....it hasn't been in the papers yet...but there will be no burial Saturday. I can't say any more....but there will be no burial Saturday. And to all of you making assumptions. It's not for us to judge or make accusations. Please leave the police to do their jobs. Am I understanding correctly that Chris basically switched gears on Sheri's family at the last minute, not leaving them enough time to get to Chicago for the memorial? Therefore they needed to get a court order to allow them to have a service, which was supposed to happen to begin with. Call me cynical and suspicious, IMO, what Chris did was intentional and meant to keep her family away from Chicago and a way for him to avoid facing his wife's family. What I'm understanding so far is he has not communicated with them after the murders at all. Red flag.....I'm not understanding why Sheri's family member is making excuses for this guy.

ETA: I see a few posts down that they clarify that they are not family.

Why would Chris Coleman agree to a Chicago service and then back out? Did he realize that he would be expected to attend? Was the thought of facing Sheri's family more than he could deal with? This is probably the most telling revelation yet!

I was questioning the validity of the neighbors statement......since the link stated no information about the cause of death or the autopsy results have been released.......why would a detective, whom went door to door to ask questions, give that information to the neighbors? I have doubts they did.......perhaps eventually, we will know from the official report, it seems it maybe Monday morning, before anything else official comes about, since the case squad was giving 2 extra days to do there investigation.....they seem to be making progress, into whom committed this act of horror, since no information from the public is sought, except those with direct ties to the family.

Some thing is telling me the wife was killed more then just by strangling.If he did it I bet he was more violent with her. I think she would have put up a heck of a fight to try to save her children.IMO

The thing is - he could have strangled them all when they were sleeping (4-7 a.m. is early). If he did this, he probably strangled her first and then the children - not too much of a struggle if they were all in bed.

Do we know where the bodies were found?

We don't know much of anything on the scenes of death, not where the bodies were found, not sure of how they died, not sure of whether something truly was written on the wall etc.

Face it folks, people who proclaim to be Christians kill all the time. Chris Coleman killed his wife and sons and he will be charged with their murders...it's only a matter of time. The police know he did it. They went to Florida to interview the woman he has been having an affair with. The autopsies showed that his wife and sons had been dead for approximately 11 hours when he made the call, this was determined by the liver temperatures. Mr Coleman is on borrowed time folks...the police know it's him, guessing they will be charging him shortly now that the funerals here are over.

not stirring anything...just contributing a bit of information I received from a source close to the investigation. The only the I may have a little off is the 11 hours...not sure it was from the time he made the call or from the time the autopsy was done...either way they were killed when Chris Coleman was still at home with them... watch and see, the information will be released shortly<<
