analytical, you are posting articles and information that was posted on the day they came out. And furthermore bolding this previously seen information. Again, do you think we haven't seen or have simply ignored this information? Any bit of info that has come out has been discussed and can be found in this thread. I can assure you that this info was seen, has been discussed and was taken into consideration.

One thing to remember is that the information is only as good as the source. And ultimately the information about the threats, vandalism, the timeline, etc etc has come from Chris himself. A perp is always going to paint things to his advantage. And funny things about murderers, they more often lie and lie and lie, than they do tell the truth and confess.

I'll tell you one reason I don't buy some stalker murderer here. That's the stuff of movies and in many cases someone has set up a campaign of harrasment merely to take the focus off of them when they do commit the murders.

As strange as this may sound, that actually makes sense to me. If Chris and his family had been experiencing threats and had opened a case with a police officer, then Chris couldn't reach his family and he called that specific officer who the case was opened with (because that officer would've then had knowledge of the prior threats and issues with the families safety) then that makes sense. My husband says he would've done the same thing, if he was genuinely concerned about the kids and I's safety, and he couldn't reach us.

What doesn't make sense to me I guess is still why Chris just didn't drive the 5 minutes (or however long Golds Gym was from the house) home to check on them when his wife didn't answer. Why call the police FIRST? He must have been really concerned. Did something happen (a threat, maybe) the night before? Who knows. But, it makes sense to me if Chris called and reported this to the officer already handling the case.

I pretty much agree, Kaylynn. I'm sorta going back and forth. Calling the police instead of checking yourself seems a bit of overkill. But then again, the actual "threats" haven't been released, have they? I, for one, would like to know what exactly these threats were. What was being threatened exactly? Their lives, property, jobs??...

What a very long and interesting thread. I hope they make an arrest or at least release some new information soon.

Previous posted links have said Sheri took her name off the deed to the house. Neighbor has said the house was for sale at least once.
Joyce M says the house belongs to the ministry and her Chief of Security lives rent free. That would explain classes held in the home. (tax purposes)
All this information does not compute in my brain. Does it yours?

The information that Meyer's "security" lived in a house owned by the ministry was mentioned in a 2003 series the SLPD did on Meyers and JMM.

While I posted the link, the story did not specify the name of the person but it would seem to be Coleman as it seems Meyers stated he was a friend of "many years."

It's also not implausible that the Colemans wanted to have a home of their own, purchased the new property in 2005 and, like many, fell upon hard times both unable to sell the home and possibly facing foreclosure, tho that is not a given nor an implication that they were .. just one of many possibilities.

If Coleman were given the home as an employment perk, by whatever virtue, it would stand to reason that Sheri Coleman's name would not be part of the ownership.

The 2009 tax assessments are not posted yet so it is possible that the ownership was transferrred to the ministry upon possible purchase by the ministry on 11.1.2008 ... .. as the above record of sales history states, and if I' interpreting it correctly, the property was recorded as "sold" on 11.1.2008.

The Monroe County Tax Assessor's site does not give any information I can find other than that so nothing more than speculation can be deduced from the above report.

News reports that Sheri Coleman's name was "taken off the title" seem to bear out as the March 2008 tax assessment is addressed only to Chris Coleman but the Monroe County website shows tax statements addressed in Chris and Sheri's name for the years 2005=2007.I

But there is the record on sale on 11.1.2008 as well ... a transaction subsequent to the elimination of Sheri from the deed.

Was just catching up on the local newspaper's comments on this case, and noticed that other locals must be here too. Someone posted the link to the video of the deer and it got removed (from youtube) earlier today. Interesting.

Also interesting that according to various local news, Chris Coleman and his family did not attend the community vigil for Sheri and the boys tonight.

Why and how would someone single out Christopher Coleman to put threats in his mail box now and then against JMM or his job? Why wouldn't those threats go directly to JMM as the others did before? I don't see any reason for anyone to threaten him over JMM either. He is just one of many, many people who work for her.

How did they find him? Where did they get his home address? How would they know his schedule? When Chris left to go to the gym, how did the perp know where he was heading and how long he would be gone? How convenient the perp found a window of opportunity from 5:30 am to 7:00 am on that particular morning. Wouldn't it have been easier for the perp to wait until he was out of town or at work overnight?!

The supposed threats leave more questions than answers and LE evidently did not classify the threats as a crime. The spokesperson for JMM also had an interesting comment to add:

Roby Walker, a spokesman for Joyce Meyer Ministries, a worldwide operation with a television program, said Thursday, "We're not making any comments that would hinder any investigation..." Asked whether the slayings are causing particular alarm there, he said, "I see this as an isolated incident."

I would think threats over his employment with JMM as indicated by reports from the neighbors and LE would have JMM on high alert. I guess not. Joyce Meyer showed up at the murder scene within an hour of LE. Did she have a security team with her? Was she at all concerned for her safety after hearing about those threats the past six months? How would she know it wasn't a neighbor she was consoling over the murders sending the threats?

Seriously, Seriously! There is so very much that makes no sense. I hope when the arrest is made, they tell some of that - although IL hasn't the Sunshine Laws Florida has, so a lot will wait till trial.

And if the neighbors head screaming at 3 am - why didn't they call the police? Was it something that had occurred before? If there really was screaming at 3 am, loud enough for the neighbors to hear, I'm fairly certain it would have woken the boys.

If they came upon CC in the act of murdering SC, it would likely have been the motive for their murders as well. I'm still not sure the death threats and the crime have the same perp. If CC or even SC knew what triggered those threats, it would have add a huge amount of stress to their relationship - especially if the person was an intimate acquaintance. In most cases like this, it's a crime of passion and the one who was unhappy was the wife.

Did SC ask for a separation? Were the Colemans as happy lately as they had been in the past?

Another thought regarding the blonde woman standing alone on the hill. We have speculated that CC was involved with someone else. Could the mysterious woman have been there for SC?

It was stated under a photo on the Legacy site, IIRC, that Sheri was/had modeled. I wonder who she was modeling for? I have visited the Model Mayhem sites when sleuthing other crimes and I have to wonder if she had gotten involved in a business/personal relationship that was threatening to CC in some way.

All of this is merely speculation on my part. I am not accusing anyone, just examining the possibilities based upon historic domestic crimes. If there is someone on this board who can fill in any of the blanks, it will help solve this crime, no matter how painful and horrific I know that it must be.

It seems to me that cc is deliberately using his job at jmm as a reason that someone would want to harm him, in some respects almost blaming the murders on jmm? if someone wanted to harm jm then why kill cc's family and not jm's? or if they wanted to harm cc why kill his family and not him? is there any way he could sue jmm for the murder of his family because it was a result of his employment? he has probably been feeding this "threat" story to jm too. and im sure she does recieve death threats and she could/would believe his story as being possible.

as far as calling the cop that they reported the "threats" with - i think if he was that worried about his family he would have called 911 first as they would/could respond faster and then call the other cop. i think he called the specific cop first because he had already planted this "interaction with an unknown individual" story. remember that drew peterson called his cop friend for a wellfare check on his third wife...

i think this unknown individual is about as real as "zanny the nanny"

I was away all day yesterday and now trying to catch up on reading the posts but let me ask this...please.

Was Sherri, Gavin and Garrett's bodies transported to Sherri's family for the memorial?

If so, what I see that may happen since her family now has them in their hometown they are going to ask a Judge for an injunction to stop the procedure of sending the bodies back to be buried in Chris's hometown.
