Morning Gang,
Nice to see the thread open for more brainstorming -- thank you Adnoid!
SuziQ where are you girl, get in here and help us dig up more info!
Thinking... SeriouslySearching, thanks for bringing this up!
>>When he called home, did he call Sheri's cell phone and land line? Did he leave messages?<<
Wow, now wouldn't you like to hear any messages that might have been left by "anyone"? And how about the family computer? When was Sheri's last activity on her computer -- or her last texting on her phone -- when was her last login to her myspace. In fact -- what was on that computer -- I sure hope that the police grabbed that first thing (I know I am being naive here
-- boy I could have had some stimulation snuffling around in that computer (IF there hadn't been obvious wipes to it). Also, hope the police got Sheri's phone! (did they?)
As a note... I don't know if anyone else saw it, Sheri had a friend that responded in her guest book -- and I can't help but think this friend spent a good deal of time hanging or communicating with Sheri. I hope the police saw her name and contacted her. At anyrate, this girlfriend was obviously devasted -- loved Sheri and the children, you could feel it. She mentioned Sheri and her texting one another. She also mentioned "Fridays" (I looked it up, its a restaurant in St. Louis and elsewhere, but this gal's location was SL.) Evidently there were staff at Friday's that this girlfriend referred to as thinking fondly about the children, I had to wonder if Sheri might have worked there (recalling that earlier one of the neighbors thought that Sheri might have had a waitressing job somewhere) -- or if this was just a hangout to which Sheri and the children went. Either way, the indication was that Sheri and the children were well known there.
So -- can the texts that people do on their phone be dug up again? Have the police contacted that staff at Friday's to chat with them? Hope so. Also, did Sheri really work as a waitress and where, how often?
I watched myspace for a few days and noted that there was a date of the 4th (in myspace) -- she died the night of the 4th or the morn of the 5th, right? -- the examiner has the approximate time of death by now.) We then saw that myspace go private -- who does that, the police, someone notifying myspace that the person is deceased, or does someone with Sheri's password do that? Also, who deletes a youtube film -- someone with the password, or the youtube people?
BTW, those of you who do a lot of computing and such, how many of your SO's know your passwords -- mine doesn't know mine -- he wouldn't have a clue how to touch myspace, facelift (or whatever that site is
or anything else I do.
Hmmmm, I just looked up "littlesheric" -- the place we saw that horrifying video which is now noted as "This video has been removed by the user," I see this:

Well, we know Sheri didn't sign in 16 hours ago. Someone "signed in" it appears, but the account does not appear to be removed. How does that work? If someone were to write the youtube people and say "That is in bad taste, get it off the web" or "Could you please remove that" would there have been a signin noted?
And some of the rumor on the welfare check phone call:
>>According to a story, either in the local paper or the media reports, he always called home no matter where he was to say hello to the children and his wife in the mornings. So I do not see why people are jumping to conclusions based on the fact that he was at the gym and called, had that been me, or my family, I would have called and had a well being check done as well, specially if they were being threatened. I do not believe that the husband had anything to do with it at all, there's a lot of finger pointing going in his direction. You can not look at that picture and deduce that he is automatically the killer, that's insane in itself.<<
I don't struggle too much with someone seeing a break in routine and, coupled with threats, calling for a welfare check. But if the threats were so worrisome in the first place -- I have the same questions many of you do, why weren't the alarms set and going off -- why was the family even there?
