Perhaps Coleman is submitting to his employer's request as has been stated sometime this afternoon that they are not to discuss the case.

If this applies to JMM employees, it would include Coleman.

With all due respect, I strongly disagree with that analysis. Would you honestly keep mum if your family had been murdered and your employer asked you not to comment on it? If that was the case, you'd be questioning whether or not the employer was involved if they didn't want you screaming for help from the mountaintops to find the killer(s).

He was in station less than an hour, with attorney arriving around 2, in about 45 minutes, no answers to questions as they came out. First time CC in public, incompliance with court order for prints. He was cooperating with the court order. Suspect? "we're not prepared to say anyone is, still investigating." MCS said. Attorney - No comment. Work at home done. Neighbors okay with taking time and doing it right. Attorney told Fox earlier today that the only time CC spoke with police was day of the murders, wouldn't talk after the meeting today.

Also in Chester, - MCS there today, all over Chester today. Near church and neighborhood. Attorney said they did not talk to his client so not sure why in Chester. CC brought trailer to home in Columbia, rather family did to take clothing and essentials to go back to Chester.

Pretty much all they had at 5.

ETA - This is from Fox St Louis 5 pm broadcast on tv
Hmmmm...now what would Chester have to do with these murders? Sounds like background information is being gathered on certain people/person or are they still searching for the missing item?

In the other report, it stated Chris went in the house and left with his father. I don't see how any of them could bear going in there right now. I would think they would at least wait until the bodies were buried before they begin moving him out tho.

I would like to know how close CC is to his brother Brad? We know he was close enough to film him strangling a deer - and BC lives in Chester. . .

Hallo All,

I think we should all clean ourselves up for the presser...

You might want to get the tongue out of the cheek -- it is leaving a serious bulge :)

Medusa, could you please do something about your hair!

Stella5 -- you might want to hide the crayola scribbling on your cast.

As for me - I'm injecting Wrinkle cream.

I think there is some investigative canvassing going on in Chester today.

I am acquainted with someone who works there .. the employees are not to discuss the case and perhaps Meyer is already privy to the threats and the nature of them from CC himself.

Ministries stress allegiance to authority .. so Coleman could be "respecting authority.."

Then it's also curious the case is still mostly publicized locally .. which is curious, at least to me.

Hello!!!!!!!!! And THAT is the biggest "what's missing" in this whole case. And, if there wasn't a potential PR issue involved, I would imagine that JM would be a lot more vocal about it too.

I would quit and tell my employer to go straight to hell before I would remain silent! Then...I would go on every NG, JVM, or other show that would have me and beg for information from the public to help find the killer/killers. No one would have the ability to shut me up until the perp/perps were brought to justice for this senseless crime.

I doubt JMM's instructions would include not talking to LE. That would be OJ.

I can't imagine someone not talking to LE about their murdered wife and family because of their employers orders. I can imagine though, someone not talking to LE, well because they don't want to talk to LE and have something to hide.

Could it have been a threat made from within the organization but a threat that has remained anonymous? ....... just an idea ... someone did state somewhere .. maybe on the newspaper board, that he knows a woman who works for the ministry and women allegedly are not to be alone at this time.

The enemy could be from within ... it's sounds odd, I know ... but w/out any details as to the "threats" one's mind can imagine many scenarios.

The ministry has security at the entrance and reportedly does not allow anyone in except employees and those with verified business appointments .. otherwise, visitors are only allowed to enter the bookstore.

....whutever

Not not cooperating with LE .. rather I thought this was regarding not making a public plea?

You would think they'd pony up a reward to find the killer(s). JMM is very controversial and has been investigated to how they get there money and where that money is spent. For PR purposes, you'd think they'd be willing to help their employee anyway they could to solve this crime... not ordering him to keep his mouth shut. I understand asking other employees not to talk, but not extending that to CC (which we don't know was done, only speculated about above... the CC part.)

There was that snakehead in the broccoli last week at TGIF's in NY state, IIRC, that later turned out to have been "uncooked" so speculation remains how it got in there. The diner denied placing the head in there.

Was it the broccoli rice casserole? Maybe it happened at the vendor..surely they buy it frozen, pre-made.

ICK!

With JMM, you just never know. Not saying anything negative, they've just been investigated a lot over the years and you just never know what goes on behind closed doors... or gates as the case may be.

As for the security there, that's pretty much standard these days not being allowed onto the property of large corporations. Ever since 9/11 security has tightened everywhere... try to get in at Monsato, Pfizer, Boeing, Rams Park, etc.. around here... you can't! Security stops you at the gate and you must be verified to even enter the grounds (trust me, was in sales/recruiting for ever before having my little ones). So I don't find that strange in the least that they're that secure.

Who knows what really happened that day, but early signs sure point directly at one person right now.

Could be. Your first post that I saw about this was on post 558 and did address anyone in particular, and subsequent responses were referring to cooperating with LE, so It appeared to be addressing Chris cooperating with LE? Which is why I responded that IMO, JMM's request would probably not include LE as that would be OJ.

If you watch the video (Chris Coleman provides fingerprints to police), they give out more information on several things including Chris was giving a "second set" of fingerprints to LE plus you can see and hear Major Jeff Connor stating there was indeed a court order. It is very interesting to get a visual while he is talking. ;) Reading between the lines is essential in this case.
