You gotta wonder! Just like when the board was down earlier and I was freaking imagining the Defense or something getting all local ISPs to shut off ability to connect to WS. I can't imagine life with out my beloved WS!

Good to know I wasn't only one thinking that.LOL

IIRC it has been stated that someone in Sheri's family was in prison, and I think that it was her father. Keeping that in mind, it is possible that there was a serious rift between Sheri and her family. Could be that they blamed CC for this rift because they don't want to take responsibility for their actions.

I think that I also remember seeing somewhere that Sheri was raised a Catholic. The family could also blame CC for Sheri becoming an Evangelical.

This is just so horrific, if they didn't like CC before, I can't even imagine how much animosity there is now, and since all of us know that statistics indicate CC murdered Sheri and the boys, I don't blame them one bit.

It doesn't make sense to me why Sheri and the boys had to be taken to her family for the memorial. I may be wrong, but I don't think that's very common. Usually people come to where the burial is taking place, instead of this back and forth stuff with the bodies.

I don't know... I'm feeling really rundown today so I don't know if my brain is working at full capacity. I'm still on the fence as far as who did this so I'm just trying to look at everything from different angles

They could also be upset at CC because Sheri and the children did not live as close to home as they would have liked

Good insights and things I'd thought about myself. There could have been a rift long before for some of the reasons you state.

IIRC it was her father who was allegedly in prison yet her father did attend the service in Chester .. note he did not go to Chicago. Can anything be inferred from that?

It didn't make sense to me either for transport of the bodies rather it seemed selfish and unnecessary. Many times burial is held and a memorial, sans body, is held elsewhere.

Many families are at "odds", sadly, for a variety of reasons.

Gee If he felt so strongly that he had to repeatedly call home why did he go?How can you get a good workout if you are constantly trying to call your family?
But how else would one give credence to concern of threats if one did not make the necessary calls home to show one's concern?

Golffishing anyone?

Great article Analytical! I haven't been here on WS that long but I've never seen an article that comprehensive so soon in the case. Thanks!

You're welcome. :) I thought it was very comprehensive as well. Published today .... complies all the "tidbits" into one reading.

It is easy when they take pertinent information from various articles and combine them into one. ;)

Hey, I never said he read the handbook!! LOL!

Very good point about shift change. An alarm should have been first thing done after a threat IMO.

I'm also wondering how long he has been working the night shift. If he has been planning this for a long time he may have actually requested that he work that shift. That to me would be highly suspicious.

I had a boyfriend that worked night shift for a while and I just hated it because it made it really difficult for us to spend time together. Considering that CC had a wife and kids I can seriously see that as being a stressor in the relationship. Add that to the fact that he worked for an organization that cherishes family I would think that if he asked to be on day shift based on that alone the church would have understood.

Especially when your family is being threatened being alone at night is not a good idea.

So true! I wish we could get someone to speak about his overall personality here. Did people think he was a "great guy"? Was he arrogant? Selfish? Did he have control issues? Were there any comments or actions seen by others which seemed unusual during the last month?

You said a mouthful (or is that a handful?) there for sure.

And it's not on the roof but attached to the ceiling below the roof.

Not seeing anything new in the recent article posted.

Wow, there was a guy just talking on the new about how great the Coleman family is and I am pretty sure I worked with that guy's son... weird.

That has me stumped. Maybe he wanted to see for himself how CC is reacting to this. Its really hard for me to believe that he would go to Chester to support CC. Maybe her father doesn't have a very good relationship with anyone in the family.

Do we have a link that states that Sheri's father went to the service in Chester? I think it would be typical of anyone who spent some time in prison to become estranged from their family. I can see why Sheri's father might be extranged from his and his wife's family, but I'm not seeing where this would be an indicator that Chris and Sheri was previously estranged from Sheri's family.
