Sheri,
I will miss you forever.
I love you more than you would ever know as a mortal, (perhaps now you know).
I have always been proud of you as I watched you from afar turning into a women, wife and mother.
But as I have learned in the last few days filled with pain, anger and immense sorrow,
I have also learned of the great things you have done for others in need, the love you shared, and the commitment you had for your faith and your children. My pride is now amplified by a factor of 10. The world is a measurable better place to live because of you. Even with all the wonderful things you have done in your short life, I ask of you (selfishly), please talk to me in my dreams.

Garrett and Gavin,
My sweet grandsons. Before I ever met you, I felt I knew you. You are so beautiful. Your mother did everything right. Please watch over her in heaven. I so wish we could have been closer. The child in me misses you so much. My heart is in a thousand pieces. Watching the two of you grow up and become men, was on the top of my list of life’s pleasures. Now that list is faded and gray.

Mario,
I love you more that you will ever know. You are my only child now. I need you more than ever.
I hope some day you will learn to live with the pain. Please seek help from people you love, (me too).

Angie,
I’m in a lot of pain, but I know your pain eclipses mine. You talked to Sheri every week, you had the pleasure of visiting with her and our grandsons. You and Mario were an every day part of their life. But yet, I am jealous. I would rather have your level of pain now, if only I could have been as much a part of their lives as you have enjoyed. My heart aches for you and all of your extended family.
~
DAD

People asked what other job Brad Coleman (Chris' Brother) did besides being a part-time Chester City Police Officer - Brad Coleman is also a Correctional Officer at Menard State Prison in Chester.

A quote from Coleman's neighbors in Chester via the Fox newscaster... (this will give you an idea of the FU mentality here in this town by close neighbors and friends of the Coleman family.)

Neighbors are a little bit distraught by this :boohoo:(due to MCS staying outside the Coleman home and following the family around as they travel around town and to Cape G)... They say that it's hard even though Chris Coleman has not been named a suspect to see this police scrutiny on a very RESPECTED FAMILY:bang::rolleyes:, the father of Chris Coleman a respected minister, the brother a corrections officer and police officer.

I was looking again at the picture's of CC and his family at Sheri and the boy's gravesite specifically the one where she is leaning against the hood. I was wondering if maybe she isn't being disrespectful or dismissive. Maybe she is scared to look into her son's eyes because she knows something that she just isn't letting herself feel.

She just looks defeated in a way, don't know if that is for sympathy or a result of her illness. I wonder if CC's mom has covered his **** a million times to keep him from reflecting poorly on the family and it has just all led to THIS...

St. Louis County = Springfield ???????

Yup, I think so. The article mentions that they used to live in St. Louis County, Missouri and Springfield is in St. Louis county... right?

The MCS mentioned that the investigation had led them to various parts of the country, Springfield Missouri being one of them. So if the house is in St. Louis County, its in Springfield.:)

I'm just picking through the thread looking at the articles....

Not to defend the mother - but there are probably a million and one things going through her mind right now and every second of the day. The weight of the world is on her shoulders now more than ever and I am sure she is second guessing every thought that comes into her mind. I would not want to be this woman shoes ever. She is probably praying that she never wakes up again and that her illness or cancer just takes her away from all her pain and confusion right now.

She's going to stand by him, she shouldn't, but she will and at the end of the trial I may not like her that much because of it. So I'm going to try and remember that she didn't ask to be walking in the shoes she's wearing now.

I don't think she will live that long - Her cancer and the crap her son is putting her through will probably kill her before then.

-snippet- Tuesday, Jim Doiron said the media attention paid to Chris Coleman at the police station, and later at his home where he went to gather clothing, was a little too much. His son, a close friend of Coleman, was there to help.

"It wasn't like he could just drive up here and pull into the house and pick up some stuff that he was needing. It was quite an ordeal."

Doiron's son is associate pastor at the church where Chris Coleman's father is pastor, in Chester, Illinois. He even lived with the Colemans for a time.

Since moving to Columbia, Jim Doiron has spent time at Chris Coleman's home, getting to know Sheri as she mediated a Bible study class. -end snippet-

Well then I guess this isn't what MCS was referring to when they said they went to Springfield. :) I'm going back to the mistress in Springfield then

Still don't understand why they had an armed guard outside the house though. I can understand seeing agents processing stuff or talking to people, but an armed guard?

I wonder if any of the MCS/armed guard involvement is because of the Coleman's former military service? Maybe they weren't really sure what they were dealing with at first, especially since CC was reporting threats. If they thought that CC was going to be harder to break, its obvious that he didn't absorb anything he was taught. Do we even know if he was honorably discharged?

Police present case in triple murder, charges may be 8 weeks away

-snippet- Connor said. "The evidence that we submitted to (the State's Attorney) he would like for that to be analyzed before a decision is made."

Connor said he anticipates the suspect will be charged. "I've said all along I feel confident this case will be solved, and I hold to that," he said. -end snippet-

Neighborhood where Chris Coleman staying is "tense"

http://www.ksdk.com/news/local/sto just ry.aspx?storyid=175272&catid=3

From the article: "One neighbor who did not want to be identified did tell NewsChannel 5 he saw police take a computer out of the house in Chester this past Monday."

I don't know if you have been following the Casey Anthony case but there's just a ton of stuff LE can get off of computers. Logs of Google searches, emails etc. I'm pretty sure they can get stuff that people think they have been erased. CC really has shown himself to be an absolute bonehead master criminal so I'm sure LE will get tons of info off it... Arrest is certain and the chances of a conviction increase the more LE can get. Can't even imagine what is going through his monster mind right now. He is one pathetic excuse for a human being.

All these were taken from my yard. The one with the funnel cloud forming never did produce.
We see some very cool weather here and that can leave you on the edge of your seat. (or hiding in the basement all spring long)

I really like the wall clouds we see... they are amazing and huge.

The scream pig is about the swine flu media panic.

I cannot get the cloud pic to display. Just would have liked to see it! Take care!

It sure seems like another case of a spouse that wants to be free of his family/financial burdens for either the girlfriend/mistress or single life in general. This was obviously premeditated for a long period of time. He has wanted out for awhile, but felt that he could not afford to leave or didn't want the stigma of being the man who walked on his wife and kids. That would hardly fit with the perception people had of him.

For months of planning it was not well thought out or executed.

Ya know something I've noticed... it seems that MCS seems to pretty much saying the same thing over and over again and they really haven't added much as the investigation unfolds, but as the circumstances themselves unfold the comments take on a whole different meaning. Don't know if that makes sense...

I've kinda followed Kaylee's case, and definatly Haleigh Cumming's so its not like I have much to compare it to beyond CSI, Criminal Mind, and L&O:CI shows, but I gotta tell you, it is really cool to watch LE handle this. Your local LE detectives are going to be working on a whole different level by the time this is all over, and from what I hear about Illinois it is so needed. Its needed all over this country and its good to see that the people aren't running around like Bruce Willis coming out with guns blazing. I'm probably nuts for seeing it this way, but this case is so interesting because I've never really thought about law enforcement as an art and I think that is what they're doing out there.

So far with this case, the only 'friends' of the Colemans we've heard from so far, are those who defend the husband and his family, like in this article. These are people who only know the 'public' face. But from this statement in the comment section of the same article, I think we may have a glimpse of what is going to be coming out in the not to distant future. I wonder how many defenders will be left standing when all of the 'dirty little secrets' begin trickling out? I think today's bomb-shell of the g/f was just the beginning.

I hope Sheri had many friends she was able to confide in.

I don't know if it's just me or what. But, IF I lived in that area, I don't know how comfortable I'd be going around anywhere in that town knowing that there's a KILLER walking around, a TRIPLE MURDERER, LE knows who it is, isn't sayin', and they're NOT watching them. Now they say it could be up to 8 weeks before they take anyone in custody.

Seriously, is it just me? Anyone who lives in that area, does this make you feel safe?

FWIW, we have seen guys that killed their family then went down to a local business, shopping mall, or whatever and just opened fire on innocent bystanders.

I personally would be {spooked}.

i sorta got the idea that early on that if this psycho killer was after jmm and her secutity staff, if she still houses them in this house maybe they were there to protect those security people?:waitasec: but i dont think anyone has said if she still owns that house or not...does anyone know how to find that out? cause i sure dont:crazy:
