With a little luck they might interrupt the church servise with an arrest warrant this morning.

I sure wanted to hear about an arrest when I woke up this morning!

They can't get the murderer in jail fast enough for me....I can't stop thinking about this case and how terrifying the last few minutes of the lives of Sheri, Garrett & Gavin must have been.

It's pure evil that did that to them...and it needs to be locked away forever.

It is very disturbing, If I were Sheri's family I would ask for a special prosocuter and to have the trial far away from the cult.

The Chester church cult is some 50 miles away from Columbia IL - the trial will take place in Monroe county - Chester is in Randolph County.

But the slug CC could land in Menard Prison for 1st degree triple murders, which is here in Chester IL. I bet he will be begging to be placed in Menard. What a overcrowded hell hole it is.

I guess I am a proud member of the "hang em high" crowd. The good news is...we are usually right. I suppose if we put our opinions out there and were constantly wrong...we may not be so inclined to continue doing it. :waitasec:

LOL Every time we listen to news and hubby hears a woman got killed he turns to me and says you think this one is guilty too..........and I tell him probably yes but give me a couple of days.........Unless its some one like that lawyer in NY whose wife got shot while they were on their way home.I said he did it recently he was arrested .I was so upset When Robert Marshall Killed his wife on the way home from Atlantic city,I wanted to attend the trial but my children where like 2 and 3 and I did not have anyone to watch them.He is still not executed.

Thanks... the trailer court was not there when we got here. Maybe it was an empty lot when I got here.
Reids Best Western was built after we moved here.
Hubby is not a native either he feels the same way I do about Chester. We are waiting for retirement time to come along so we can get out of here. That will be awhile from now.

Yes... I miss STL but have adjusted to the life here. I do miss having close relationships with friends. People just tend to keep others at arms length down here if you are not a native. I never could figure why they have to be that way. I am a pretty nice person and I would do anything for most people if they needed help or someone to just talk to. I love to have fun and joke around also.

I bet you love STL and that it was like a breath of fresh air to you are you moved there. So many things to do and friendly people on top of it.

So your hubby is not from Chester either ... you do have it bad. A lot of small towns are like that but Chester is the worst.

I do like the StL area. I am out West, nice area but can be in the city pretty quickly if I want to be.

Reids bought the trailer court, tore down the trailers, had the dirt work done, built the Motel and then donated the rest of the property to Grace.

I am not sure what the laws are in IL ... but ... we know that her name was taken off the real estate deed not too long ago. We also belive that both cars were in CC's name only. All major assets. I wonder if there was a lot of debt in her name?

What I am getting at is after her death would debts in her name have to be written by the debtors since she had no assets to cover debts?

That was asked on Nancy and reporter said there is not much debt.

The debt would have to be in her name only (even if she included his income but did not name him when she applied for the credit) - if it was it is very likely debtors can not touch anything that is solely in his name.

Comment on the weird Idlesleuth message: Although I don't like to be given clues when someone can simply state what they want me to know, and I am familiar with the defense team type of posters, I do want to point out that when reading that message, the poster stated something to the effect of Chris knew that if he claimed he was being threatened, people would take him serious due to the nature of his job. That may indicate that Idlesleuth thinks Chris set up the threat theory as a means of casting suspicion away from him. So, I don't know what's up with the post but I'm too tired to play games!

Interesting point. If JM is paranoid enough to have the level of security that she does, just where would that paranoia stop? Deep down she may not trust any of her employees.

A few years ago, I watched her on tv, and bought a book, but very quickly saw that she belittles people.
Imo, she certainly isn't very "uplifting" to the people she preaches to.
She also reminds me of a cult leader. I should link a site of how to spot a cult, but you all probably already know the signs.

The writing on the wall thing happened in the Bible, in the book of Daniel. It was a judgment, and before the day was done, the judgment against the people it was written to were dead.
It also reminds me of the C. Manson gang, and it's purpose iirc was to divert attention away from them, which of course made no sense, but nothing they did, did.

I saw this posted earlier and meant to reply but got side tracked.

There are 3 Coleman sons in this order... Chris (oldest), Brad (middle), Keith (youngest)
Keith lives in Arkansas and is married to Emily. Brad is not married.
Brad lives in Chester diagonally across from his parents.
I don't know the ages of the younger Coleman boys.

Keith may have been one of the brothers in the deer strangling video. It is very possible that Keith comes up to Chester to deer hunt. Randolph County is a hot spot for hunters that live here and don't live here. (it is possible that Keith was talked to by LE because maybe he was also in the deer strangling video - they may have want his insight into why they chose to post the video on UTube and why they chose to strangle the deer instead putting another arrow into it)

There is another Coleman in Chester named C. Coleman who lives on the other side of town I don't know if they are part of the same family but they most likely are. It may be the grandfather of the boys and maybe who Chris was named after if that persons first name is Christopher also.

Sheri's family is in the area... They asked for access to the Columbia house and were turned down by the Coleman family.

This info supposedly came from KTVI Fox news on Saturday. I personally did not see the news yesterday to confirm this info but more than one person over there say they saw it also on the news.

My thoughts below...

It sounds like they went to Columbia PD to find out how to get access to the home and maybe a call was made to the Coleman's in Chester, IL.

I think Columbia PD let the family know that they have no rights to anything in the Columbia home since Sheri's name was not on the deed/title. The only way Sheri's family is going to get anything of Sheri's is if CC agrees to it.
