Dear Sleuthers All,
And about time, JBean and

on the quitclaim thang -- I asked for both of your input on that in the first thread, in the event you were lurking (you obviously weren't at that thime

Either way, good to have your thoughts/input now. JBean, I'm thinking this might have been a refi kinda thing too -- but how convenient that it was done prior to the murder, eh?
Now then...
Purely manufactured rumor? Probably: It was recently mentioned that Chris "submitted voluntarily to questioning for approx. 7 hours of the day of the murders." We have seen Chris do very little voluntarily. We also saw him lawyer up on the first day (did he have to go to the law office to do that, do lawyers work late evenings for such?) At anyrate, with no real substantiation on this -- I kinda feel there is no truth to it.
OH...one of you said you saw something to this effect in a newspaper article comment board, also RR0004, thanks for looking too! :blowkiss:
Why is it important to determine if there is any truth in the above? Because this would make it look like Chris has voluntarily done something to help in the situation, and I don't think we have seen that, have we?
We know that Chris arrived at the house 6:51AM, went in/came out, flailed on the ground, headed off in an ambulance around 8:30AM. That was noted by
ArtieG's eyewitness report: (message 1186)
>>He is so crazy that it takes two officers to subdue him and they take him to the hospital in an abulance. (This is what happened, as neighbors saw him roll around and was subdued by the LE. I saw the abulance, with CC in it, still at the scene and then drive off, about 8:30.)<<
So how far did the ambulance have to drive to get to a hospital -- which hospital or clinic might he have gone to? How long did it take for him to get treatment? In fact, what treatment did he get?
Then...at what time did he hire a criminal defense attorney -- and did the attorney go to him, or did he have to go to the attorney. When they read you rights (you have the right to an attorney, blah blah is that Miranda?) -- are you allowed to leave and go get an attorney, or do you call one to come to you? Was he "interviewed" before hiring the attorney or after? How long might that have taken (going/hiring/coming)
And really -- just how long was he interviewed? Anyone have a clue when Chris surfaced that day, i.e. after flailing and ambulance and attorney and interview?
This article dated May 8:
>>Police do not have anyone in custody, Connor said. He would not comment Thursday about whether investigators have interviewed Chris Coleman since their initial interview Tuesday, or elaborate on evidence or suspects.<<
And this...
>>The Major Case Squad has not named Coleman as a suspect. He has been interviewed by detectives and was fingerprinted under court order as recently as Monday.<<
I believe that when Connors of the MCS mentioned that they had a suspect (unnamed) -- he might have mentioned a 2nd interview with Chris, does anyone have a link for that off hand?
OHHH and while I am at it...
We discussed the flailing and how it was wierd, but a few people mentioned they have seen that type of behavior before.
I still continue to think there was something to that flailing besides what meets the eye -- Was Chris trying to injure himself (banging on the ground, the concrete, something to bruise a hand that might have been used to break a jaw -- but he didn't want that noticed before he had an opportunity to show that he did it some other way?) Was he trying to scratch himself up in some way to hide scratches that were already there from a fight? Maybe?
How about a rash? Did he use something to get "paint" off of him -- then develop a rash from it -- and then have to roll in the grass and on the concrete so that he could say, "Oh, I am allergic to grass...that is what the rash is from." or "I must have roughed myself up when I was flailing on the concrete."
If there is any truth to the rumor that Sheri had a broken jaw -- we will certainly learn that from autopsy information.
W
PS. God rest your souls Sheri, Gavin and Garrett -- we are hoping that there is a beginning of recompense for your violater.
