IMO puzzle is 99.9 percent finished .

What? At present you lack the following:

1. Forensic evidence (TOD, fingerprint evidence, spray paint residue, fibers, etc.);

2, Cell phone records (pings, number of calls made, pattern of calls showing routine or no routine);

3. Information regarding what, if anything, LE found at the side of the highway (e.g., discarded DVR, glove, other);

4. Video evidence (e.g., from his home, Gold's Gym, entryway to subdivision);

5. Information regarding the threats (i.e., how often, how many, typed or hand-written, what did they say, etc.)'

6. Statement from his girlfriend;

7. Statements from the family (i.e., maritial problems, history of abuse, or nothing out of the ordinary known to them);

8. Electronic evidence (i.e., history of e-mails, etc.).

That seems a lot less than 99.9%, or whatever it was you claimed, to me anyway.

That was discussed a long time ago and a neighbor said it had been like that for as long as they could remember and that they couldn't see any damage to the box or pole. Perhaps it wasn't installed correctly? Mine leans when we get a lot of rain, and we've had a lot of rain lately.

*note to self, have hubby concrete the mailbox in the ground*

My brother's mailbox leans because I backed into it the other day...oops!

Oh, wait............I thought some of them were dried or straw flowers. Those do NOT die.

Stuffed animals and such can be put in the washer and drier. They do come out a little bit *used* but believe me, if that was MY family laying below the ground, THOSE items would be preserved and placed on their grave. Sure, the cemetary will eventually remove them and most likely throw them away. But the grass hasn't even grown over the grave site yet.

Geesh!

Its about 1:28 and I just drove by myself, there are still two cars in the driveway. I also know that by yesterday at 6pm, all of the memorial stuff was taken down. Now, as much as I want to say that he has a heart of ice, I do want to point out one thing: rain. If any of you have read my threads, you know that I think CC is guilty 110%, however all of those things, teddy bears, lega sculptures, signs and flowers have been outside since the event, which would mean they have been through some pretty nasty thunderstorms and some cold nights. Now, I know that we all wanted CC to take those items to the gravesites, but, lets me real here, after almost 2 weeks, I think, of rain and weather, those flowers are likely dead, either dried out or moldy, the stuffed animals are either moldy or still soaked and smelly and the lego thing and the football may have been kept but the sign was falling apart the last time I saw it.

So, he may have had to throw them all away. (But thats still no escuse for picking them up earlier and taking them to the gravesite.)

How dare you post anything that might seem reasonable, but contrary to the popular opinion around here! LOL

Did you see Artie's post? He lives in the neighborhood. If they were rained on for 2 weeks, they're probably not even salvageble and believe me, I am a sentimental person but I wouldn't save dead flowers or items that were rain-soaked and maybe mildew-ridden thus making them, in effect, ruined, for the most part.

Yes. Thank you for reminding me what I have read. Changes nothing that I posted in my opinion.

LOL, I'm willing to bet, just about everyone here has 'been there done that!'

I'm not sure how "contrary" that post was....just additional info to consider.

ETA: "additional info" as in the rain & its effect on items @ the memorial

All that will come forward from LE and DA when it becomes available. Maybe before arrest, but I think it will be after. Dot all the "i's" and cross all the "t's". Thank goodness all is being done for SC and her sons. Legally.

I agree! Taking them to the gravesite would have been what I, and I would hope just about anyone else, would have done. I'm not defending CC on that point. But I am also not making the "leap" and adding that fact as evidence that he is guilty either. That's all I'm saying here.

As for the trash . . .

We don't know if it was CC who threw them away.

If it was him, that doesn't make him a murderer.

There could be other reasons, as cited by Artie, as to why the items were not saved.

Milopedes,

Strike #5 .. I don't recall seeing anyone here that believes the threats even occurred. Most seem to believe the threats were fabricated in some wild scheme as part of Chris' plan to murder his wife and sons. :confused:

I'm very curious to know about these threats :behindbar

But I bet LE has all that stuff, it was all Conner could do to not say they were waiting to arrest him last week. They weren't parked out front of anyone else's house. They didn't follow anyone else. They know who did this, an arrest is immenent. IMO, the MCS didn't count on an SA that's going to want a grand jury to hand down an airtight indictment of capital murder charges.

Actually, I don't. I think my lack of "commons sense" prevents me from grasping the subtleties of your remark. Please elaborate for me.

Well, if you do not believe that these threats were false, please, share how they were a possible truth. TIA

Very interesting. I wonder if Chris finally allowed her family to get a few of her things with an escort? No...he isn't going to be nice, imo.

Maybe it is Chris and his family gathering more of his things since the tail is there. (I was thinking someone needed to clean the fridge out and do things like that in the house eventually.) I would find it very curious if Chris was ready to go back into the house after his refusal before.

LOL Nevermind...I bet it is the defense team~

I wonder if one of the cars in the drive was a black Audi? It looked like an Audi A8 that his attorney was driving.

No kidding?! :rolleyes:

And I guess your "common sense" tells you the rest. Or, are you psychic too? Do you know the answers to all of the other points above (in my original posting)?

Did CC abuse her?

Was the glove found today his? Will it contain DNA evidence?

What was his routine? Did he call regularly in the mornings when he worked out, or was it just this one time?

What was his favorite type of donut?

You people amaze me! Trust me, I also strongly feel as though CC is guilty. But I see no merit in rushing to judgment either.

How can I or anyone when ALL I or anyone knows is "threats were made" .. Connor had said that himself .. he did not elaborate.

I'm not one to throw the baby out with the bathwater only to pick up the pitchfork.
