While the zip tie thing totally makes me cringe, it also makes me wonder. I think about the fact that he was in security and I wonder if he has to keep flex-cuffs on him.

I know I am going to be hung up by my toes for this. But NG is really not that great IMO. She overplays things. It seems like same old rehash over and over most of the time with her.
She is all about ratings and she does get things wrong at times.
Here it goes... she is kinda a joke and they only reason I am watching is due to the guests she has on that are reporting or following this case. (also I do not who the radio guy was either) - The thing the radio guy got mad at was she was not hitting investigators with hard enough questions. He probably sees the same things I do - the constant rehashing and hype and having to sit through it just to get maybe one small new tidbit out of all of it. If there nothing new why report on it for half of the show?

Chester, There is a thread about NG in the private forum area of WS. Many of us lovingly call that area "the basement". Try it, you'll like it. :blowkiss:

Last evening when I found that article entitled, "Murder suspect arrest close" it had this date "Tuesday, May 19, 2009 1:15 AM CDT."

It didn't have anything new in it -- but the title was at least interesting.

Now that I finally get home and get caught up, everyone stops posting.

The story of my life.

Hoping to get some useful tidbits today, such as what the tape from the gym shows, IF he was even there. For some reason, I have serious doubts if he even was there that morning. Put it this way, I will be surprised if he was. I just have a hunch he was trying to put some distance between himself and the crime scene. Or, he just needed to shower (has anyone confirmed whether there is a shower there???) and change clothes.

So much we don't know yet, perhaps there will be some more 'trickles' today? Trickles are good...........

I have read every post on this case from the first day. A lot of times I just leave the computer on the page and get some things done. When I come back I am way behind!

My faith is in LE and MCS. Major Connor has done a great job and I applaud him as well as his squad!

I was afraid it was, LOL. Not sure I want DH to know my inventory. I have a thing about paint, and tape - am always buying more. Did you know you can get duct tape in a rainbow now? I still can't get over that.

It just came to me...why this case is so close to my heart! Jennifer and Adrianna Wix were killed by Jenn's BF. It has been FIVE YEARS and still no arrest has been made!!! Until this killer has been cuffed ~ I'll bet I'll have a hard time moving far from my monitor. In the Wix case, mother and daughter were murdered......

That is why I would rather it be a stranger or blackmailer or someone other than their husband/father. I don't care how many cases we've followed that it turns out to be husband/father, it is still difficult to fathom.

One doesn't have to be smart to be a murderer. They just think they are. This forum is overcrowded with their sad tales. They think they are smarter than everyone else and that they have covered all the bases.

Common sense would have told him, bad plan, too many holes.
Back to the drawing board.
It just seems so spur of the moment, when we know it wasn't.
A stroke of thinking (not genius) might be if the DVD shows a fuzzy image of a person at the house.

thanks, Kimster!! this case is wearing me out....as with little Caylee Anthony's, there are some that I just can't stop thinking about.

Yesterday morning I came into work @ 4a.m. (have a lot going on)...at 5:30a.m. I went outside on the back dock to drink another cup of coffee (the most secure area we have here) and listen to the birds start up their morning chirps.

I wondered if CC heard the birds chirping as he left that house knowing what was in it....I doubt it.

Such a sad situation...As the hibiscus will always remind me of Caylee, 5:30a.m. will always remind me of Sheri, Garett & Gavin.

You're not a killer. I have had to remind myself time and time again that I can't put myself in the mindset of a POI because (although I am my own version of nuts lol) I'm not a killer. So to try and think like one who thinks they are smart enough to outsmart everyone else will only drive you nuts.

How was that for confusing?

That's what I thought....I've been reading her transcripts almost every nite for the past year...and followed them closely when Laci Peterson's story broke, too.

Makes me wonder about the reason(s) it's not posted yet:
* can't find a transcriptionist or transcriptionists equipment is broken (not likely, right??)
* transcript was completed but not posted due to an oversight (again, not likely)
* something to do with show producer's cutting the mike on her guest (some legall tussle beginning??)
* something was said the LE doesn't want the public dwelling on (but then, why would she know this to begin with??)

Just weird, IMO.

i was up late last night AGAIN! On truTv I think it was new detectives. They had a case about a farmer who put a goat head on his fence post and wrote a note tating YOU NEXT. he then rigged a bomb under the driver's seat of his car. It blew when his wife got in it. She survived. He then staged a fight with his neighbor. He ended up shooting and killing the neighbor and slashing his own face with a box blade to say it was self defense. He was in a fight with the neighbor over land, and was in debt. In the end they proved he was trying to kill his wife to collect on $100,000 life insurance policy he just upped. then he was trying to frame the neighbor, and kill him to get the land. they proved he wrote the note by a doodle on the letter. the doodle matched an indention in the note pad found in his home. Anyhow here is another case where the husband made up the threats and killed the wife.

I'm just hoping my hunch that CC is narcissistic, and thinks he can is smarter than everybody becomes evident. I believe there will be a mountain of evidence that will convict him. These guys are really dumb!!
