It's in one of the slideshows, so we can figure it out. Scrubs aren't very sturdy so she could have ripped them if she fought. I'm leaning towards the scrubs not being involved. Didn't Art say trash was picked up later in the day? Or am I thinking of another case?

I will have to go back to see, but I thought he was surprised it hadn't been picked up yet. The scrubs would be very easy to determine if they were or were not involved, imo. Ask the homeowner if he tossed them. Also, if they did have red paint on them...it would be a given.

You are only missing one thing. A stripper GF that would give him the life he wanted until the money ran out. What if there is more to that relationship then meets the eye?

I think the stripper just gave him a taste of something and it only drove his desires to rid himself of his religious life, wife and kids. I don't think he did it for "her".
He did it for his own narcissistic reasons, she was probably just a piece of meat to him. Maybe he knew she would never tell Sheri because she was suppose to be such good friends with Sheri. If it is true he was messin' around with her.

Until someone comes forth and says he was sending the gal down in FL love letters or if he had a lot of contact with her on a week to week basis then I will say he also did it so he could be with her.

Oh, la, la! I think you just solved one of the mystery search warrants. The cops looked close at something in that car that morning that seemed to be retrieved from the passenger side floorboard. Something fall as he was tossing it out the window over the bridge?

If I recall correctly, there were 3 sealed warrants. I am thinking that 2 were served in Chester, at his dad's house and church. I do know that one computer were taken from each location.

That's right! He said it does get picked up early - which would explain the neighbor at 1:15 rolling her trash out & not noticing anything amiss; but MCS locked down the neighborhood and the trash didn't get picked up that day at all.

Now I'm gonna go find the picture of the scrubs - unless they've taken those down.

I would assume he would disable it, do the deed, and then get rid of the recorder.

'Stolen', to me, is less suspicious than 'oh, the cameras must not have been working when [insert any event worth watching here] happened.

The rumor earlier was she already had Wedding invitations printed up! How true, who knows... but motive is all over that.

I believe the broken jaw story is true. He just gave her a good slug to knock her out while she slept and in the process he broke her jaw.

Now the question is how long does Golds keep their tapes? That could also be "Forensic Testimony"

They will also have good testimony from people at the gym, too. I don't doubt they have their tapes. They seem confident he was there for a short time.

I'm not sure I'm believing that anymore. I think the reason for the closed caskets was because of the ligatures compressing the neck.

But Golds has a swipe card and/or fingerprint swipe system. You have to do it going in and going out; so that's where they probably got the timeframe from. I hope they have the tapes. And I hope people weren't in the zone that they didn't notice his behavior.

It took me a few times to understand Dr. Perper, too. (They probably have a computer program that automatically does those transcripts and would be confused by him!) I sure do like him tho.

Could be, but whatever they were looking at was not that big. There are two pictures in the slideshow. One where the guy is looking at the floorboard, and then one when they are hurdled around him looking at whatever he pulled out of the car.
