Well there's the big picture! I haven't put them all together in one paragraph like that. When you do it's kind of shocking, and dysfunctional I would say.![]()
I think so, also maybe under his eyebrow? It looked to me like he might have had a scratch to the left of his nose. Kinda hard to tell.
He sure does, but if he didn't look like that in so many of his earlier photos...I would think it was really odd. (Maybe he groomed himself for his close up! He appears to prefer that Marine cut.)
I am sure the MCS looked long and hard at him right after the murders to see if he had marks on his arms or face. Since he was taken to the hospital, I am hoping they put on record any marks or cuts, too.![]()
Thanks so much SuziQ!Here is CC's mugshot for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

So "I told you so" was going up the stairs; and Helter-Skelterish things with "bad words" and "punishment" was in the living room. Nothing said about the bedrooms tonight, which obviously doesn't mean there was nothing there. The reporter said we're going to be shocked when we see the photographs because it did take a lot of time to prep the scene.
Which IMO explains why he started calling immediately to try to CYA on time of death. He wasn't very well versed on all the ways that TOD can be determined though - that is one of his biggest blunders.
Well...Wrinkles pegged that one! She just knew there must be a reason for it and she was right. However, if the marks were fingernail scratches...they would be obvious. (And it would be great if they had become infected!)He's scary looking, even if I didn't know what he's done.
Don't ya know the cuts & scrapes, etc... will be explained away by the flailing in grief on the grass?![]()
Not sure if I mentioned it on this thread or not, but sometimes I get a bit "Ann Rule" on these cases....wanting to know more about the perp's past so I can figure out how in the earth they can do such a thing! I'm not trying to damn Pastor Ron Coleman, just trying to figure out what went so terribly wrong.
Also, wasn't Baden brought in to confirm the original ME's findings? I'd bet the original ME took and tested all the samples needed. And is Vitreous humer a standard test for determining TOD? IMO, the bodies were so fresh TOD would not be hard to determine at all. It's when they get past the 12 hour stage that it becomes problomatic.

Also, they had 3 bodies to compare. If the results were the same for all of them, I'd say that was pretty convincing evidence.

I think he had some sense of concern for TOD though and that was why he didn't stay at the gym long enough.
I also think as far as the time it took to spray paint, the defense will say more than one person was involved. CC will need a bigger bus!
Great point! It will be extremely difficult for another expert to argue it three times over.:clap::clap::clap:Also, they had 3 bodies to compare. If the results were the same for all of them, I'd say that was pretty convincing evidence.
Maybe the crazy ninja stalker killer got hot while running around spray painting after he killed three people? Like the defense will say, "Hey...It could happen!". LOLThat could be. I'm still wondering if the rumor about the air conditioner being turned way down is true. If it was, wouldn't that be a stupid thing to do? Why would a crazy stalker killer do that?
They can try accomplice, but MCS was in that house for what a week??? I'm sure every square inch was processed for prints, dna, everything. These guys were determined to put this one away from the word go.
Perhaps Coleman was experiencing the first stage of grief .. ok ... everyone thinks he is guilty ... yet the shock could have still set in ... I've seen anyone who claims to know him saying he is "quiet" .... maybe his personality played into his reaction ... maybe he was "shocked" at his loss .. even if at his own hands .. just sayin'
1. SHOCK & DENIAL-
You will probably react to learning of the loss with numbed disbelief. You may deny the reality of the loss at some level, in order to avoid the pain. Shock provides emotional protection from being overwhelmed all at once. This may last for weeks.
