Do you think this trail will start July 18 are will it be another delay ?
Note: I have looked at vedio's of Perryville Prison and the way things are done there if I where JA I would want the Death right away it's a hard Prison not like the ones I have ever heard of before....I watched NancyGrace and her talking with the women in there I feel like JA does not know what's in store when she gets there from what I heard the way the women talked on the show.

Probably more delays if we know the Nurmi/Wilmott team. :scared: :scared: I hope not, tho'. The Alexanders have been through enough and need some kind of closure.
I hope the State will be able to get a jury together soon.

Wow don't know what happened to you but I just told my story on facebook. I was walking my dog yesterday. Down the street were two little dogs (poodles) They were off chain which they are a lot. My dog just jumps and then moves on. They bark and I tell them to get back and they do. Well yesterday the male owner was out. They came up to my dog and did their usual exchange. Next thing I see is the male owner with a 6 to 7 ft. pvc pipe. Here is this almost 6 ft. 220 to240 male that raises the pipe over his head and slams it down on the back of this 3 to 4 lb. poodle. The dog immediately started yelping rolled on it's back as the man continued to hit the dog. The dog finally ran into the garage. He then started swinging at the other dog. I was screaming to stop, please stop you'll break their backs. He said it doesn't hurt. I am beyond mad. I've decided to report the abuse. These people for five years have abused their animals and this was the final straw.

I can not believe the horror that you witnessed. Please report the low life jerk. I think I would have gotten my glock and pointed it at him. Not really, but I would have wanted to. People that abuse animals are worthless in my opinion.

IMO this is how these unproven allegations, made only by the murderer, gain momentum unnecessarily. TA felt 'betrayed' when he wrote that text. Do you know how 'betrayed' feels? He feels violated, angry and lashes out - rejecting what she has done and also her character. He then added "and you scammed me". I take this as TA said it. She "scammed' him which means another violation - possibly involving money. We know she stalked him, invading his house, invading his computer and his private details without his knowledge - including bank details. She was caught by Deanna on his computer when he was not home and she was not supposed to be there. Who knows what she was capable of doing? The convicted murderer lies repeatedly. This has been proven in Court. Lets remember that.

I'm assuming this was one of the texts that the 4 saw as "verbal and emotional abuse." Juror 6 said the 4 got that not only from testimony, but from "texts and e-mails" that they saw.

That was just sex talk....I don't see what the big deal is. They were talking dirty to each other...texting dirty, I should say. I don't know how it was in older generations...I'm assuming their "talking dirty" during sex didn't get that graphic?? How anyone could get verbal/emotional abuse from these texts is beyond me. In that case, probably every young woman in America is getting verbally abused, a "verbal abuse" they willingly and happily partake in and encourage.

Lololol not Jodi's type....nothing can help that except therapy and that is tricky with an Axis II. There can be access to meds...groups..counseling. Whether or not one.gets any of those is an entirely diff matter.

I don't think CMJA can ever be rehabilitated. I hope the second jury considers that. She is 32 years old and is probably getting worse, not better. The only reason she's not a danger is because she's locked away.

When I look at CMJA, I see no soul. I honestly don't believe she's even capable of feeling anything for any other human being. Whether that's a mental deficiency or what, I don't know. She will never ever feel any remorse for what she's done, because she's not capable of feeling any kind of emotion in that capacity.

She was not crying for real like she pretended she was when she was listening to Stephen and Samantha's statements. She did not feel anything from them, as she claimed in her mitigation. That just shows that it's all still lies. There is nothing there, no feeling, and so she has to act, pretend, and fake it all. How come a couple of days before that, she said she couldn't look at them because they reminded her of Travis?? And yet a couple of days later she was staring right at them for at least 30 minutes. That just shows she's lying. So either she thinks version 1 or she thinks version 2, or she thinks neither of them and makes EVERYTHING up. I have a feeling she actually think version 3, which is that when she looks at them she wishes she could stab every one of them. I believe that is what she really thinks.

She is evil and can't be changed and I hope the new jury catches on to that. If Juan can show the tape, he should.
