I've heard the same about bug spray. I think I'll get a can of wasp killer because it has more of a direct stream instead of a roach spray - and keep it by the front door. How exciting is this? :floorlaugh:
 
Too bad super glue didn't come in a spray can :scared:

(My cats are not impressed by catnip. But the man that installed my Direct TV opened the cupboard above the TV and saw the Ziplock bag of catnip and gave me a "knowing smile". At 1st I didn't understand, then I caught on and explained it was only catnip. I'm still not sure if he believed me. :floorlaugh:)

The person that bought them had to hire a man with a van...he arrives everything is fine, ive bent down to fet the last part is going out the door and I hear him say stunning about three times, I say nothing of course and he follows that up by 'it was all worth the journey just for that' assuming he is referring to my cleavage which to be honest is practically non existent. Seriously, you can never be too cautious or too protective of you and your babbies !!!!! If you have someone close by, you may want to stay with them for a day or two. Or have someone stay with you. Let someone know what happened, a name if you have one. Does he work for a hire agency? Can you inform them?

At any rate, trust your instincts and practice the "gift of fear"!

I have the lamp too. We visited the house last year. We enjoyed going through it. One thing I found out of place~the wall phone in upstairs hall, I told the lady no one had a wall hall phone, wall phones came out in the sixties. Most people of their "wealth" didnt even have a phone. There were times we didnt have lights let alone a phone! it was fun and they have a nice gift shop in another house which had memorabilia. We may go back sometime. :seeya:
