PrincessSezMe, I agree with you. The operative word is "trying". Just because they are trying to be professional doesn't mean they have succeeded.

And their best will never, ever come anywhere near close to Juan Martinez. Though I must say that he did save some snarky remarks for sidebars, out of hearing range, so that we had to wait to read transcripts.

I love your posts gcharlie, :truce:. I just don't see how they were trying very hard to be professional in front of the jury. I agree Juan was pretty snarky with his comments at sidebar, but I really can't blame him, and he was always professional when he was in front of the jury.

The DT frustrated all of us with their playground antics, and endless objections. I'm not surprised the little pitbull lobbed a few punches at them out of the jury's hearing range. :floorlaugh: :seeya:

David Lee Simpson, 48, from Bath, NY will be booked into a Phoenix jail tonight indicted on stalking and computer tampering charges related to threats to kill Nancy Grace and Jane Velez-Mitchell via Twitter during the Arias trial. When police arrested Simpson in Bath, NY, on July 20 they found handguns, shotgun ammo, handcuffs, zip ties, binoculars, a knife and a police radio in his car. He also had newspaper clippings about the Newtown school shooting, and the shootings of four firefighters in Webster, NY. Simpson had quit his job and was driving out of Bath, NY when arrested.

I was in my apartment complex's pool tonight and a little boy, maybe 4 or 5, glommed onto me so we started playing catch with his baseball. Later when I was drying off he very politely informed me "i peed twice when we were in the water." His dad was mortified and I couldn't stop laughing. If his daddy hadn't been so handsome (hot, actually) I would have come back with "oh yeah, well I did it THREE times you little stinker!" (I really didn't pee in the pool but it would've been a funny comeback)

LMAO, that's so cute! I remember peeing in the pool when I was really young. You just look at all that water and think "hmmmm, who's gonna notice". But at that age you don't think about the number of kids in the pool thinking the same thing. :floorlaugh:

Haha, I just snorted. No speedo! He was VERY handsome, and I didn't see a wedding ring (at 33 that's usually the first thing I look for). Bald, tan, tattoo on his shoulder, yum.
