Not only is CMJA tweeting, but it appears as if there may be a bona fide twitter account for Maria de la Rosa, with two comments regarding the trial.

Since the penalty phase of the trial is not complete, this is highly unprofessional (and most likely unethical) for her to be making any public statements.

I am not posting an further information here, as I am unsure of what is or isn't permissable on this site.

"Any producers interested in making a film about the truth?" Whoa, that was so tempting, I nearly gave her a reply she can't forget. JodiBookPage wouldn't know the truth if it came up & bit her in her lying throat. BTW, a page is the same as a varlet, isn't it?

Boy is she mouthy lately:

Jodi Arias ‏@Jodiannarias 23h I heard about Lifetime's hatchet job thinly disguised as "creative liberties." Any producers interested in making a film about the truth?

Jodi Arias ‏@Jodiannarias 23h There's a Facebook group called "Nancy Grace We Hate Your Face!" She earned it.

Jodi Arias ‏@Jodiannarias 5 Aug My book club gets an early start at http://JodisPage.com , thanks to @HeinzFrick

This woman makes me physically ill. She really needs to just STHU already. The Lifetime "hatchet job" was probably closer to the truth than she'll ever be. The truth and "Miss Killer" are complete strangers. And no Jodi, we hate YOUR face. And you earned that. :banghead:

Not sure why she would use the phase "hatchet job" from someone who stabbed someone 29 times. Shows how totally disconnected she really is and that her memory serves her well. jmo

My mother was Pa Dutch. Yes, that is German. I make my own egg noodles most of the time because if that heritage. My father is Belgian and English, with a little Welsh. My mom also was Irish and Scottish. On the Belgian part, Paul Vercammen is a cousin of mine. Our great grandfathers were brothers. My dd was just married in June also, to the perfect man for her. His grandmother is a real gem, a war bride from England. He also is a lot of Navajo (i think, may be Cherokee). Their kids will be giants. She is 5'10" & he is 6'5".

I have a totally self absorbed question. Has anyone ever had a tooth abscess from a tooth fracture and had to have it pulled? This inquiring mind needs to know! TIA

<modsnip> let me know if you think this is her account.

it seems legit, the username made me :floorlaugh: though.

im guessing she would get into trouble if it was found out that she was tweeting about the trial? especially since it isn't over. she was tweeting about it in may and june also....i think she needs a slap on the wrist, she should know better

Yes I have. Just make sure you go to a good dentist. The one I went to left so many broken fragments of the tooth that I'm still suffering with them working their way out more than ten years later. Now I know how babies feel when they're cutting teeth!

This has to drive Nurmi and JW crazy. They can't control her and I bet she tells them......it's just not her that is telling someone what to tweet. Let her go, she's making her bed. Someone who is soooooooo traumatized that she can't remember stabbing her victim nor how many times would be highly unlikely to use the words "hatch job" unless they were some type of cold mackerel who lacks any remorse. No disrespect to the mackerel. jmo

Most Cherokees are tiny people. My Grandfather was only 5'1 and I'm an even 5 feet. Mom was 4'11. You very seldom see a Cherokee man on the reservation over 5'5.

Talks to self...............Hello Tulessa! How are you this fine day!?! :floorlaugh:

It bothers me no end that a convicted murderer is able to use a social media platform as if she were a celebrity. Her tweets are deeply offensive to me and the fact that she is allowed to do this strikes me as fundamentally wrong. She is to be punished and having a public voice does not seem like punishment to me. She can no longer give interviews, so why should be be able to get her message out through other means?

Does anyone know of a respected columnist who would be willing to address this in an oped piece?

The account was shut down for a while, but I have not seen if this was done by Twitter or the person managing the account. With current laws, the corrections department may not be able to prohibit this activity. Ultimately, it may fall to the social media platform to make the decision not to allow this type of account by proxy.

Travis's family and friends want nothing more than to see this murderer locked up and removed from society. If not for technology, she would be unseen and without a voice. The fact that she does tweet must be yet another source of emotional pain for those that loved Travis.

Do we, as a society, want to see this become a trend? What is corporate America's social responsibility in this issue?

Plus every time someone re-tweet her messages, she has a voice. A voice that has no truth in it whatsoever. So why do we pay attention to her???? She enjoys inflicting injuries even if it only by word. jmo

Well, perhaps Michael Kiefer could redeem himself by writing an op Ed piece. :floorlaugh: Ok seriously, what about David Lohr at the Huffington Post. Not about her specifically, but the responsibility of social media vs. First Amendment rights. She is not tweeting directly, but has her minions do it just to get under the skin of people who revile her. Personally, I would not waste my breath giving her a second thought or even posting her twits. She is heinous and vile. Protoplasm are more worthy than she is. JMV
