Don't get me wrong, I don't think she did anything wrong. But she was tweeting before the trial was over. Her tweets in the motion are from March and May, respectively.
Oh! I did not know that, thanks for the clarification. :seeya:

Tara basically said that she was not a regular twitter user before the trial and has no idea how Mark Eiglarsh got her tweet that was shown in the exhibit in the motion. Makes sense that she does not understand this if someone retweeted her tweet. IIRC, one of our WS here helped to point out that it was a retweet.
Mark did say that Tara did not do anything wrong with her twitter account.
The panel went on to say that with social media, there is inherent risk of exposure to the trial.
IMO, the same can be said for any type of media or human interaction. Someone could find out a juror's identity and call them on their home phone. There are newspapers and magazines in the grocery store. JVM does think that sequestration is a possibility, but has concerns about the length of the retrial.

What I would really like to see is some corporate responsibility on the part of Twitter and have them shut her account down.
I have been unable to find contact information on their website to direct any kind of meaningful correspondence to them on this subject.
Would this be of any help.

I've got to call the IRS. He's been sitting on our tax ID information and has not passed it all of it onto the administrator who needs it to be able to prepare returns.
Around 5:30 tonight I got an email from him. saying that he was on vacation when I sent him my email of 8/1 and he didn't get to read it until the next week. Liar, liar, pants on fire...don't you remember you sent me a read receipt on 8/1? Why do people think its okay to lie? Or that people won't see through their lies?
I am not sure what JM will do. Do you think that the new jury will be able to hear the sex tape? Do you think that the emails from Sky Hughes to TA will be read? ALV got read them.
There are so many emails between TA and JA that we never got to read. It might get really interesting when the new sentencing trial gets going. :moo:
BBM~ How about the emails from Sky Hughes to Jodi?

I have not seen any of the emails from Sky Hughes to Jodi. Where did you see those emails. TIA
There are many sources out there with this information... this is just one from UK Daily Mail.
"An email exchange between Travis Alexander and one of his best friends has suggested he was a womanizer who used Jodi Arias physically and called her a ''.
In the correspondence from 2007, his friend Sky Hughes, who testified in Arias' murder trial, called him emotionally abusive and a 'heart predator' who liked to collect women.
The emails were submitted by the Arias defense but never used in the Arizona court as the judge called them 'hearsay', but a copy has now been obtained by the Arizona Republic.
They could help paint an image of Alexander, who was found stabbed, shot and with a sliced throat in his apartment in 2008, as emotionally abusive to Arias, his ex-girlfriend and alleged killer.

There is a nice steady rain falling outside right now.
The sound is beckoning me to my bed, ready to lull me to sleep with its gently soothing rhythm.
Sweet dreams...fftobed:
RIP Travis. Your legacy lives on and you have not been forgotten. While the wheels of justice are moving slowly, the most important hurdle has been cleared and it is just a matter of time before the full weight of justice is felt by the guilty one. Smile on your loved ones from above, sweet prince.
