Shanna Hogan's book comes out tomorrow. I think it is called "Picture Perfect". I plan on getting it to read as it is supposed to be good. KCL had mentioned on her thread some time ago that Shanna had access to a lot of material and people others did not. Just an FYI!

Wow Tulessa, he is very talented. You are beautiful Btw. :seeya:
My man amazes me. He can do anything with wood. Here's a pic right after we finished it. Lighting is better.

Over look the saws on the front deck lol.

Awe ty Zuri. :)

I have to come out of lurkdom long enough to say how much I love your home Tulessa. You are so beautiful and if I'm correct I heard you call into a show once and had a beautiful southern accent as well.

I love following you all on these threads as we wait for the trial to begin again. I love you all...you are so kind.

I loved the reminiscing of youthful days. Mine were very similar. I still have a few old records but most are pretty scratched up. I remember the little square record player we had and how we would take one of those plastic containers that the junk toys would come in from the gumball type machines and put a few pennys in it. We would tape that to the arm that the needle was on so it would be heavy enough to play the records even though they were scratched, LOL.

Thanks for letting me be a part of your lives while we wait. Love you all

Hi I like to bend, yes I remember the blimps. GoodYear was stationed right over in Akron, it was in the air a lot. The sound barrier oh yes! everything shook!! was scary at first. We had electric buses for awhile then the Rapid Transit came in. They should have followed up with that. What gets me is in 1954 my husband was in Mount Sinai hospital at East 105th and Euclid Ave. I was 8mos.along and I walked up to get him hamburgers. Try that now Nore, I'd be dead or beaten or both!! some things are sad. I have records too,45's and 33's.many old ones. Herb Alpert and Tiajuana Brass!! (sp).. :seeya:

Do you remember the raunchy Rusty Warren LP's? Red Fox, Jimmy Dean and Andy Griffin and Moms Mabely? We'd watch Steve Allen, Joey Bishop and Regis Philburn, Ernie Kovacks and Edie Adams..... so many. My favorites are John Belushi, John Candy and Phil Hartman.

There was a little drive in that sold a bag of hamburgers a dozen a dollar, and my mother and father danced to The Last Date on Friday nights when we had dinner inside. They always sat together and we four sat at another table and irritated each other.

Am I blogging? Is this what Blogging is?

We bought the flooring finished, and I love to wax. I use the Holloway House quick shine. It doesn't leave a wax build up.

Any body else getting a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 popup on websleuths? It just happened on my android tablet from a sight called badoink. I let my 5 year old grandaughter play games and would die if this happened and she saw this filth.

I have never gotten anything like that here.

I can't wait to read this! I just looked on Amazon and see that the hardcover version is almost $18. Ugh. I'll have to wait until my library has it. Bummer.

Diana Nyad is almost to Key West. I really admire women who pursue these feats. I would never dream of swimming in shark infested waters and with jelly fish. Bravo to her.

I'm thinking she's just plain ol crazy... Obsessive compulsive or something. I don't understand people who do things like that. I think it's stupid. We have boats, YKWIM ?

That's odd...I've never seen anything like that on here either.

My McAfee internet security thingy just stopped something on this page when I logged on. Don't know what it was.
